Nestled between ancient rock formations and boasting stunning lake and mountain views, our serene and very private property is sure to be the glamping experience of your dreams! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets await you as does a sky full of night stars that just make everything right with the world. A very large rock firepit overlooks the lake with ample seating to enjoy the marina views. The outdoor shower gets you back to nature and you can hike down to the seasonal creek that runs along the North side of the property. Turkeys, deer, and birds are common to see and may meander through during your visit!

Camping at Chateu du lac
Amazing camp site with great hosts!
We enjoyed camping in tents and hammocks with three families at this beautiful and relaxing site over Memorial Day Weekend. The views are fantastic, both day and night. Access by driving is easy with well maintained roads. Sara is a very responsive host and was available quickly to help us with any concern or question. The site is isolated from neighbors, so we felt as though we had good privacy for ourdoor showering. The fire pit is very well prepared and comfortable, and firewood availability is very convenient. The evening / night time lights are beautiful and helpful when walking at night. Amazing site, great hosts!

Great place to have a getaway around a fire pit, accessible to a 2wd vehicle (unless maybe if it’s raining).

Rough Diamond Dome
We had such a wonderful time! Such a unique and fun stay. The property is beautiful, we loved the dome and had an awesome time exploring on the 4x4. Such a cool bonus! Best unique rental experience we’ve ever had!
