Historic downtown is just minutes away where you will find restaurants, and stores all within walking distance. Perfect place for a basecamp for nearby hiking, biking, off-roading. Amenities include private dock, potable water, deluxe porta-potty, fire ring, 2 picnic tables(under a 10' x 10' canopy with water mister), and some shady trees🌴🔭Bring your small RVs, SUV, Van, tents or camp under the stars. Perfect spot for a quick get away that is only about an hour from San Diego and Los Angeles. Our site is located on the shores of Lake Elsinore. 🛍️You are close to the restaurants, stores and the Historic Lake Elsinore, but you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustles of the nearby cities. 🛶Bring your kayaks, canoes, or jetskis and launch if off the private dock. Fishing to your hearts desire (fishing license required). Close by are hiking trails, biking trails, off roading, water falls.

The site being right on the lake is so pretty. Super nice view. The only downside is how close it is to the road and the bright lights if you’re in a tent. Otherwise everything was great!

Great scenic spot
This was an awesome stop and so scenic. Easy to find and get to. We saw so many different birds, ducks, geese, and fish everywhere. The only cons are that it’s near a busy road and is pretty loud all night. Other than that, it had everything we needed.

Lakeshore Retreat
Second time here and would go back again for a quick getaway. We like to kayak and having a private dock to launch is a plus. Some may be bothered by how close the road is, there’s less noise if you camp by the lake. Ed was great, very responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Love this place!
We had a great time at Ed’s land. Perfect for one trailer, tent and camper van. We brought our kayak and had a nice campfire. The table setup by the water has nice solar string lights and a mister, perfect during the hot afternoon. Ed was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely go back!

Great views and nice space. Beginner camper here and this was perfect for us. I liked being able to easily get to a store as we forgot a few things.

It was nice having a spot next to the water. Felt private enough and easy to get to. We did a lot of fishing and cooking and checked out the town.
