CAMINO AL CIELO ~ SKYCAMP
We LOVED every minute of our stay at SkyCamp! My only complaint is that our weekend there wasn't long enough. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions before our stay. The spot is easy to find and secure with a locked gate. The site is a beautiful piece of land nestled in the trees with views of the Navarro river and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. We needed a small amount of leveling to get our rooftop tent and awning set up right, but the land itself is fairly level and wasn't a huge issue. The outdoor stove and porch swing were perfect additions to the whole experience. Our only real conplaint would be the nosie heard from Hwy 1 right next to the site, but it wasn't too constant so it didn't bother us too much FYI, there is no service or wifi at the site so it is great for anyone trying to disconnect for a bit. We can't wait to book again!!

CAMINO AL CIELO ~ SKYCAMP
Sweet, lovely, private campsite
This is a very sweet, lovely campsite, very private, yet not far away from a state park, with beach access and a good market in Albion. We didn’t use the fire pits, because they didn’t look sturdy or big enough. And actually the site doesn’t need a fire pit, because it’s safer not to have a fire. We could see all the work that has been done on the site and it was very pretty, especially the planting of succulents in the wheelbarrow. Thanks for affording us the opportunity to enjoy the site.

An idyllic stay; will return!
A wonderful private view with so many nice little amenities:
- small picnic table
- a little cute trailer with an assortment of odds & ends: some spices, cooking pans, a bit of cooking oil, some powdered coffee creamer, etc
- both a porch swing and a rope swing from which to take in that stellar view
- small solar lights were very helpful for navigating at night
- an outdoor oven and a few smaller fire pits scattered about
- a very short drive to Albion or Mendo for anything you might need

Very peaceful! We lucked out and we're alone, solitude I sorely needed. Communication was easy and complete.
Thanks Kristin

A great camping spot up in the trees overlooking the river. There are few amenities (as stated on the listing!) so you'll want to bring every thing you need, but there are really nice touches like a few solar powered lights and some seating and fire pits that made our stay comfortable. Although you are somewhat close to the road, the site felt secluded and private while offering a great view. We had a great weekend here!
