Our 2 acre property has a view across the valley to the Joshua Tree National Park. We see the lights of Joshua Tree Village and have a great view of the night sky and sunrises. There is a large mesa to our west that offers access and opportunity for hiking. It is conveniently located within a easy drive to the village of Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and entrances to the Joshua Tree National Park. We live in a small cabin and have an artist studio with a ocean cargo container as its core. The roads are unpaved and offer great mountain biking routes.

1964 Shasta Trailer
Larry and Nancy have been one of the most hospitable hosts we have had so far. The trailer is lovely and the outdoor shower in the hot Joshua Tree weather is refreshing. We loved this place, and wished we could've stayed an extra day.

1964 Shasta Trailer
Truly the coolest hosts ever, we're so grateful to Larry and Nancy for a perfect stay. Larry was super communicative prior to arrival (but not overly so), incredibly welcoming (but also gave you space), and overall they're just 2 people you feel good being around. The trailer was cool, cozy, and completely adequate. The property was sweet, different and interesting in the best ways possible. It's away from the main part of JT, but close enough that the park's just a few minutes away. Anyway, you won't be disappointed, we'd stay again in a heartbeat... Thank you to our gracious, talented and kind hosts =)

Larry and his wife are the best host. They are so friendly and accoomodating. I really liked the trailer and bathroom. I even enjoyed cold shower.(it was hot summer day) It was unique experience.

1964 Shasta Trailer
Larry and Nancy are warm, friendly, and accommodating. The trailer was very cozy and comfortable, there is also an electric space heater available but not necessary. There was fire side solitude when we wanted, and joyous company with our hosts in the morning over coffee and tea. Whether you seek solitude or friendly interaction, this site offers an opportunity for both.

1964 Shasta Trailer
The trailer is very cosy with nice lighting and a decent hob/sink, situated off the main highway. There is a slight hum of traffic from the highway but it's easily ignored and you soon forget about it. There are decent toilet facilities, and drinkable tap water. Larry and his partner were a lovely couple, and very accommodating, we hung out with them around the campfire at night and chatted for hours, an added bonus was their very friendly dog!
