Magical 6 acre permaculture ranch just a few minutes to town, beaches and restaurants. Take a bath under a clear night sky, enjoy the morning birdsong and take a stroll on or off the property. We have free ranging chickens, a hidden spring surrounded by two creeks and wild plums. Happy Valley is a secret little gem of Santa Cruz. Plenty of space for relaxing, and amazing location for both convenience and adventures. (2 of the 3 sites have the tubs please read individual descriptions to find out if the one you chose has one)

The hosts were very nice, the place looks exactly like the pictures. The camp site set up is very cool, that hot water shower was amazing. The PDF file they send once you book, was all the information you need. Make sure you get the wifi info downloaded before you get there, our At&T phone reception was very poor in California.

The hosts were super accommodating. The space was large for our 10 person tent. I would recommend a pop up as it was hot during our time. It was nice having a backup kitchen if needed and there was space to explore. Recommend

Peaceful camping with hostel vibe

We loved our stay here. The outdoors kitchen and lounging spaced made it feel like a hostel but the size kept it peaceful and not overwhelming. The toilet is regularly maintained and the shower access is clutch! You can tell Patricia and family have worked hard to create such a cute space and we were grateful to pass through!

We had so much fun staying here! The spot was easy to find and in a great location. Perfect amount of space for a couple of tents. We absolutely loved hearing the owls and crickets at night! Beautiful spot to spend Labor Day weekend!

Nice site, easy to access. Short drive to the beach. We used the kitchen and shower, both convenient and easy to use.
