We had a comfortable stay in onr of the air cottages. Really idyllic spot, peaceful and beautiful views. Staff was very hospitable and gave us everything as promised. Thank you!

Amazingly secluded campsite surrounded by hills. The bed was comfortable and warm. Had lighting and a fan. Able to charge phone from a USB port. The zip to the mosquito net broke on our tent and although we reported it, was not replaced. Not a huge problem as we just kept the outer tent entrance shut. The Wi-Fi is slow but useable and you will not have any phone signal on the ranch. Communal kitchen area well equipped cooking utensils / plates / cutlery etc. The communal fridge looked as if food had been left in there from previous residents and could have done with a clean. Each tent has a private toilet and shower which was very clean. The pool was really cold but refreshing. The tents are on a ranch with other cabins also on site. It was a 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Joshua tree. You will want a 4 X 4 as the dirt road up to the ranch is uneven. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Great accommodations! Outdoorsy and they had everything we needed. Five stars for everything except the hot water showers… we were in Site 2 and used our neighbor’s shower because our tub and shower didn’t work and they’re tub also didn’t work… but they had a great stream of hot water for the shower so we could take as long of a shower as we wanted at site 3. Heated bed was a true luxury!

The air cottages were a great glamping option and nicely stocked with necessities. The beds were so comfortable during the cold nights! The owner was quick to respond to text messages and directions were clear.

This place was amazing!! We had a double date New Year's Eve trip out to Joshua tree and loved how private each glamp site was but with great communal areas for when we were all hanging out as a group. The heated mattresses were hugely appreciated. Overall the amenities made for a really easy, simple getaway that had all of the perks of camping but with the comfort of a home stay. Would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful desert ranch. It is a beautiful property, with comfy tents, hiking trails, picturesque pool and a fully stocked community room. The hosts were friendly and responsive and made sure that our visit was a pleasant one. We will definitely recommend to our friends and anyone else looking for a fun desert adventure.

Travel down a dirt road for a ways and you’ll end up at this paradise of a location. It’s in a valley and there are majestic views surrounding you. You do feel like you’re in your own private nook in Joshua Tree.
We followed the directions and found the property just fine. We were greeted upon arrival and were guided to our airstream. The hosts have put a lot of love and attention to the details here. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay will be there. That bed is definitely one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The AC works beautifully, is easy to use, and is a very nice addition for those warmer days.
There’s a nice patio out front with a bistro table and a bbq. If you want a spot to relax and take in the views there’s a perch on your hilltop with lounge chairs to do just that. The outdoor shower is also a wonderful addition.
On top of the outstanding accommodations, there’s also an infinity pool overlooking the valley for those warm days, a beautiful common space with a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining seating, and horses you could ride for an additional fee. In summary, there are many ways to enjoy your time here :) I’d highly recommend coming to stay here on your next vacation to Joshua Tree.

We had a wonderful stay in the air cabins. Very cozy, well supplied, and with magnificent views of the stars! It got pretty cold in the nights but we were plenty warm without any heating elements aside from blankets. Would definitely return!

Hidden passage ranch was one of the best hipcamps I’ve been to. Their setup is perfect and covid considerate which is a big plus (each tent has it’s own designed restroom). Diane really thought of everything, we were well stocked and supplied. Overall we had a great experience and definitely see ourselves coming back here again!

We had an amazing time at the Hidden Passage Guest Ranch. Our Air Cottage was nice and cozy and all of the amenities were a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back.

The Hidden Passage Guest Ranch was amazing! Such a treat staying here.
We originally booked the Air Cottage, but it was raining really hard the day we arrived so we switched over to a cottage on the property (such a great suggestions from the host).
The cottage was warm and cozy and I would highly recommend it. There are multiple cottages on site and they all looked amazing!
Overall the property was breath taking and the stay was unbelievable. I would highly recommend a stay at this ranch to anyone.
Side note: Directions are spot on, but if you are arriving at night, be aware, it is a ways down a dark dirt road (but don't worry the directions lead you straight there!)
