Welcome to our peaceful, organically farmed vineyard—conveniently located just off Highway 101 for easy access, yet surrounded by nature’s quiet charm. Our vineyard is entirely free of herbicides and chemical pesticides, so you can relax knowing you're camping in a clean, eco-friendly environment. You'll be staying on a working vineyard where a few full-time residents (both human and animal!) live on site. Pets are welcome! We have a few friendly resident dogs who roam freely during the day. They may bark when unfamiliar vehicles arrive, but they’re good with both people and other animals. Once they’ve had a chance to get familiar, they settle down quickly and usually go about their day. For everyone’s comfort, they’re brought indoors at night. Potable water is available on site for your convenience. We kindly ask that all guests remain fully self-contained throughout their stay, meaning you’ll need to use your own toilet and shower facilities. We had a wonderful stay in Site 1. Their dogs came to visit with ours and ended up hanging out a while with our Lab. This is a great stop. Yes, a bit of road noise from 101 but certainly doable! Will definitely visit again. Thanks 😊

What a beautiful spot! Felt so secluded but wasn't far off the main road. Two sweet, friendly dogs greeted me.

Easy in/off and lovely views of the vineyard. Great location for visiting local area wine tastings. Max was helpful and the site was easy to find. Nice dogs on the property. Perfect for my one night camp out. The area that’s level isn’t large but was plenty for my small tent. The land is fenced all around and I felt safe.

I stopped for an overnight stay on Max’s land and it was everything I was hoping it would be: Safe, quiet, and beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely spot to overnight, but unfotunately we could not find a flat enough space to park for a comfortable night sleep.

Camping in the middle of the vineyards at sunset was breathtaking. The other sites are spread out. It’s also well located. The host were very responsive and communicative!

This was a great site for me. I actually stayed in SITE 3 which is in the back of the property under a big oak tree. Beautiful sunset and sunrise with very minimal noise aside from nature. Communications with the host were quick and easy. There was another camper in site 2 but there was plenty of space between the sites.

Site 1- Our Rv fit perfectly on a gravelly road between vineyards. It was easy to find and we enjoyed going into Hopland. The view was very scenic.

This is a great property at an amazing price. My partner once booked a place at a bargain rate that turned out to be just a dirt parking lot, so we were a little worried. However, when we arrived, the view was absolutely beautiful and the setting was so peaceful. Definitely a five-star experience—we’d love to visit again in the summer.

Super easy to find. The parking area was marked and the vineyards were lovely despite the rain. We didn’t do much because it was pouring rain the night we got there and the Next am. Our parking was pretty flat.

We stayed at this beautiful property during our trip to Fort Bragg. It was quiet, scenic, and convenient. The grazing sheep are fun to watch. We really enjoyed our time here. Two dogs barked at us when we first entered the gate, but they turned out to be friendly once they realized we were there to camp.

Great place ! we stopped with our tent on the way up to eureka the sunrise was amazing! such a cool property. Of course there are dogs it’s a FARM and they protect the other farm animals onsite. I think I heard them barking maybe once at night but it just made me happy to know they love their job!
