Eric's place is the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring Joshua Tree National Park. I'd recommend to anyone looking to taking a break from their adventure rig and to get out of the weather.

The property was beautiful. The owner made us feel very comfortable with the instructions he gave us. The kitchen was beautiful as well. Had an amazing time.

It was really a beautifully decorated home truly secluded from everywhere. Well appointed interior made it feel impossibly modern yet feet away it was the old west frontier. Eric very kind and patient

Eric’s home was clean, private, and had such a gorgeous vibe and aesthetic! We LOVED the cactus courtyard garden! Such a great place for stargazing! Eric was also very easy to communicate with and gave us great local recommendations! 10/10 and hope to stay here again next time we’re in the Joshua Tree area!

Perfect little getaway home! Eric was very friendly and made himself available for any questions. The home was super cute, clean, and has cooling and heating units that was perfect for me. Very peaceful area, quiet, and secluded just enough. The road getting there can be rough but take Eric's advice on how to get there. It made a world of difference when I left verse when I came. I would definitely book again!

Eric’s beautiful home was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve probably stayed in 30+ guest houses!) It had the perfect balance of thoughtful hospitality touches, and genuine unique homeyness.
The directions Eric provided were super helpful and we had no issues finding the place, even in the dark! It rained this weekend, and we soaked up every moment of our gorgeous and scenic refuge: Eric’s home allows you to enjoy all the details of the desert from inside the coziness of his place.

My 15 year old grandson and I needed a little time together so we drove out from Rancho Cugamonga CA to Joshua Tree Friday afternoon and "landed" at Eric's place just before dark. Way off the beaten path, very quiet, peaceful and inviting. The space, outside and in, is luscious with much attention to detail, very well equipped with necessities and extras. The outdoor shower is a must try. My only regret is that we had only one night to inhabit this special place. Thankyou Eric.

What a great way to get away from it all! Eric’s place was perfect for a relaxing weekend in the desert. The kitchen had everything we needed, there are games, a beautiful collection of books, a tv with chromecast, and a plethora of comfortable chairs / couches to relax on ! Not to mention the amazing view !
I’d recommend arriving before it gets dark…because the house is located in an area of nearly untouched beautiful desert its easy to miss the driveway. With that said, Eric was very helpful and fast to respond to my messages/calls regarding any questions I had.
Will definitely be returning soon!
