Cozy and beautiful stay!

Eric’s beautiful home was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve probably stayed in 30+ guest houses!) It had the perfect balance of thoughtful hospitality touches, and genuine unique homeyness. The directions Eric provided were super helpful and we had no issues finding the place, even in the dark! It rained this weekend, and we soaked up every moment of our gorgeous and scenic refuge: Eric’s home allows you to enjoy all the details of the desert from inside the coziness of his place.

I'll be back

My 15 year old grandson and I needed a little time together so we drove out from Rancho Cugamonga CA to Joshua Tree Friday afternoon and "landed" at Eric's place just before dark. Way off the beaten path, very quiet, peaceful and inviting. The space, outside and in, is luscious with much attention to detail, very well equipped with necessities and extras. The outdoor shower is a must try. My only regret is that we had only one night to inhabit this special place. Thankyou Eric.

What a great way to get away from it all! Eric’s place was perfect for a relaxing weekend in the desert. The kitchen had everything we needed, there are games, a beautiful collection of books, a tv with chromecast, and a plethora of comfortable chairs / couches to relax on ! Not to mention the amazing view ! I’d recommend arriving before it gets dark…because the house is located in an area of nearly untouched beautiful desert its easy to miss the driveway. With that said, Eric was very helpful and fast to respond to my messages/calls regarding any questions I had. Will definitely be returning soon!
