Experience the unparalleled beauty of the Death Valley Starcamp, a unique campground nestled just west of the national park boundary in the stunning Panamint Valley. This serene location boasts dark skies and a vast, pristine desert landscape surrounded by majestic mountains, making it an ideal spot for stargazing and outdoor adventures. The campground offers tent and camper van-friendly sites, with Sites 1, 2, 3, and 10 accommodating larger RVs. Each campsite is equipped with essential amenities, including a picnic bench, fire ring, and access to communal porta-potties. However, please note that there is no water, electricity, trash service, kitchen, or other facilities on-site. Campers are encouraged to bring their own camping gear and firewood if they wish to enjoy a campfire. Remember to pack out all trash and recyclables to help preserve the natural beauty of the area. As night falls, guests can enjoy a unique stargazing experience with a massive 12" telescope operated by the host for approximately two hours, starting about an hour after sunset. For additional entertainment, the campground features a giant 2' tall LED-lit chess set and a SHIFTPOD XL arcade. A free Wi-Fi zone, sponsored by Starlink, is also available around
