Rich in history Mono Indian land. Was open grazing in the 1950, the Rose family owned the land and was sold to the Werner / Tetz family who developed the mountain 1970's. We still enjoy rustic off grid living open prairies, mountain with steep terrain and wild life . Our family calls this 40 acres home. We welcome you to enjoy the beautiful land and fresh air. Close to stores located in Tollhouse and Prather for shopping. Close to Shaver Lake, Pine flat lake, Mono Wind Casino, Eastern Fresno Historical Museum. TOLLHOUSE offers seasonal paragliding and rock climbing. Great for women retreat or youth groups. Call for Special arrangement for large group. If visiting winter months 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive will be needed.

    Comfortable spot in a scenic area. Very communicative and friendly host. Steep, rocky, bumpy dirt road to access, may be a bit tricky for small/low cars. Clever rustic bathroom near one of the sites. Would recommend arriving before dark

    DARCY'S TOLLHOUSE RANCH
    We enjoyed our stay at Darcy's Tollhouse Ranch. Darcy met us at the main road and directed us to the hillside site. Everything was as described and we enjoyed meeting her goats at feeding time. Thank you!

    Beautiful view below Western Sierra
    DARCY'S TOLLHOUSE RANCH
    Darcy's land was so beautiful! We had a wonderful view of the mountains and so much space to explore. Her land is super close to the Western Sierra so we were easily able to take trips to Huntington Lake and Dinkey Creek. Darcy was really helpful in showing us around, helping us find her land, and even letting us use wood for our fire :) The land has bbq, fire pits etc. Amazing spot!
