Cute cabin with nearby creek
The cabin was super cute and exactly what we were looking for. We stayed super warm with the heating units in the living room and the bedroom, as well as wood fire stoves in both rooms. The cabin was well stocked (dishes, mugs, pots and pans, linens), had lots of interesting antique collectibles, and a beautiful stained glass window in the bedroom. If you follow the creek upstream, there is a trail with several waterfalls less than a mile away. It does involve quite a bit of rock scrambling, but it was super worth it. There is a lovely sun room across the entire back of the cabin which I’m sure would be a really nice space when it’s warmer. I couldn’t quite figure out how to get the barbecue lit, wasn’t sure where the flame needed to be placed to ignite the whole thing even though I could hear the gas. The cabin escape left us dreaming we had our own someday so we could do this more often. The only thing we would change is the bed frame made from raw branches has points sticking out on both sides that are hip/thigh level that we both repeatedly walked into and may have bruises.

Beautiful spot within walking distance of the Big Falls trail and within earshot of the creek. The cabin was very cozy and had a lot of character. My partner and I loved staying here!

Thanksgiving in a cabin!
This house is amazing!! There’s a waterfall and river trail walking distance from the house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and Jami is lovely to work with. Would definitely stay again. Lots of space and very relaxing. Everything was better than I expected.

Beautiful Creekside Cabin
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Jami’s cabin! Everything was perfect- we loved the fireplace in the main room and watching the stars from the hot tub next to the creek. The area is gorgeous and there’s a hike to a waterfall just down the road. I’d highly recommend this cabin for a romantic getaway not too far from LA :)

The house is cozy, and has all the basics you would expect a good host to have for you ( coffee, coffee maker, nice soaps/body washes/shampoos, ample amounts of blankets, towels, etc. One of the things I loved was how clean the cabin was. I could smell the pine scent from the floor being mopped. I had a great stay here and I would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway. Very cozy and quiet. The sons of the creek running behind the cabin was so relaxing. Everything you would need to whip up anything from a background BBQ to a three course meal indoors. Definitely coming back!

2 adults 2 dogs turnaround trip
Sleeping in the trailer was intimate and snug. Very comfortable. We had use of the cabin’s bathroom, kitchen and spa which was very appreciated and felt very homey. One can adventure just 5-10 minute walk in the backyard down creek to see a little waterfall OR exiting the neighborhood turn left and 10 minute walk toward the Big Falls day-use area. You can get away with minimal packing and feel very comfortable utilizing Jami’s land and setup. We will be back. Sitting in the spa day or night listening to the creek and nature sounds is a must.

Just Wow! I LOVED everything about this place. The host is so kind and sweet. She walked me through everything and been so responsive and accommodative. Love the fact that we were 15 min away from the water falls… the jacuzzi was amazing. The place is surrounded with beautiful trees and scenery! I’ll go back again

ABSOLUTE GEM
The pictures really dont do this place justice! It exceeded our expectation! The size of the property was quite large with your OWN PRIVATE creek. I put up a hammock and took a nap by the water, priceless. Also the Jaccuzzi is an amazing touch. Especially considering the price, this place is a gem. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place, especially for couples.
(Of note: there are bears around there. We saw one driving on the second night. It never came up to our cabin but we put all the food away at night which I would recommend anytime staying somewhere were bears dwell.)

We were two families sharing Jami's cabin...4 adults and 5 kids, and we had a wonderful, comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. We came in September when the rest of L.A. was 106 degrees...Forest Falls never got over 86, and never over 65 at night. Enough couches and beds to be comfortable, but could also fit others in sleeping bags on floor. The creek near the cabin was fun for the kids to play around, and there are some amazing hiking trails that lead up to some pretty cool waterfalls...and longer more challenging ones (Vivian trail, not sure I spelled that correctly) if you come when the weather is nice. We've only now stayed in Jami's cabin once, but are looking forward to using it again.

Charming and magical place ✨ We were able to extend our stay a day and so glad we did! Everything we needed was provided. The surrounding woods are gorgeous, the stream sounds are theraputic, and the cabin is SO cozy! We loved the fireplace and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to be back!

We had the greatest time at Jami’s cabin. It had everything we needed for a perfect birthday weekend. Hot tub was great, the creek flowing right by was lovely, so comfy in every area. We don’t normally go to the same place twice but agreed we will be back here :)

The cabin was stunning! It was very cozy, had amazing amenities and everything was super clean. Location was great along a creek and felt very private. Fireplace, hot tub, grill, oven, and stove worked perfectly. There was a small general store nearby so probably best to bring your own food. Would definitely come back!

Great little hideaway in the woods. Plenty of space for our little kids to run around and explore the area. Fun hiking and exploring. Cute cabin that fit two adults and 3 little kids without a problem. Would stay there again!

Magical little cabin
We stayed at Jami's lovely cabin last weekend and had the most lovely time. We can't wait to return. Right in the water and not too far from LA.
The whole place is just what we needed. Jami leaves just the right touches to make you feel at home. Enchanting is all I can say.

This cabin was so majestic and made for an awesome birthday getaway. Not only was it super cute and clean, but well-stocked with everything you'd need to have an enjoyable stay. We were a group of four and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us to be comfortable. The access to the creek was incredible. Hiking up the creek and exploring all the beautiful rocks and landscape was definitely the highlight. The hot tub and fireplace were also fantastic amenities to have. Jami was super responsive and provided very detailed instructions on how use everything. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a beautiful mountain getaway.

Perfect weekend winter escape!
Hands down just a magical spot. I went with my 5 & 7 year old and it’s just the coziest place I’ve ever stayed. Jacuzzi in the snow was something we will never forget! And walking right out the back door along the creek in the snow was just the best. We never got in our car once! Highly recommend!

Great spot! Beautiful setting and such a great cabin. Stayed with some girlfriends and we thoroughly enjoyed our time hangin outside, inside by the fire, and most of all the jacuzzi. We would love to return in the future!!

Jami's place is wonderful. The trailer itself is cozy and has everything you need and more. The hot tub and outdoor shower put this place over the top! Sitting by the creek was incredibly serene and private; a perfect place to unwind. I'll definitely be back.

Cozy
Had the pleasure of staying at Creekside Vintage Camp in Forest Falls. Our host Jami was super helpful and made us feel at home.
The property has a lot to explore with the creek next to the cabin and nearby waterfall. It was great to see fall colors around the camp. The temperature drops once the sun goes below the trees so do bring extra layers.
We cooked inside the cabin's full kitchen. The cabin had a gorgeous rustic feel and even had wifi to check your email.
We also enjoyed using the hot tub which Jami cleans before each use.
Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and unwind from city life.

Perfect Mountain Get-Away
This place is amazing. I loved it so much. So quaint, and with so much character. Perfect quiet location and right next to the creek was just way more than one could ask for.
I felt like Jami went beyond what a host should do. She made me feel very welcome at her home. Everything was so clean and instructions were provided for just about everything. It was wonderful.
