Crazy Diamond: A High Desert Camp
A Magical Weekend 🌙🔥
My fiance and I stayed at Crazy Diamond this last weekend to celebrate their birthday and we had an incredible time. The tents are beautifully designed, roomy, comfortable and are spaced out nicely from one another. The bathrooms are clean and the ranch offers hot showers - perfect after a day of hiking and exploring.
The hosts are really nice people - they are helpful, really fun and approachable. Each member of the team went the extra mile to make sure we had an incredible weekend. The other guests were really nice too, this place seems to attract friendly people who have a neighborly vibe.
Crazy Diamond is more than just a standard campground, this is a community of designers and burners who are creating a place where people can come together to connect or just find some peace and solitude and enjoy the land - either way it all works.
We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place those who live authentically with an open heart and an adventurous spirit.

Coyotes in the desert
Fun, they have big plans for it. Our tent was immaculate and we enjoyed the communal bonfire. Best part was hearing the coyotes at night.!

Crazy Diamond: A High Desert Camp
Magical Mountains, Crazy Diamonds
We found this place sort of on a magical whim. We were going to be staying at a different ranch for two nights, but when we tried to nab it, we could only get one. That took us on a second search where we came across the lovely Crazy Diamond - and are we glad for that synchronous scheduling situation. This is a BRAND NEW glamping site, with intention, design, and yet an open revereance for the space and site upon which it sits. Though my wife, friend and I only stayed here one night, it seemed full of experiences from our tent, to cooking our meal, to joining the other travelers and staff at the big camp fire by the saloon. We had pleasant conversations and got to learn the story of how this came to be. And in a small world moment, someone visiting had actually known my wife from a handful of years prior across the country! Ok, all the magic aside, this place was cozy, warm, clean, fun, relaxing - and warm in the tents! Even though it was windy outside and we prepped for 30 degree weather, the tent had a heater and the sleeping bags were great we didn't even have to use our own. And the 360 views are calming and spectacular. A super welcome soothing vibe from frenetic cities and freeways. If you come here, you'll definitely be a part of something special. Enjoy!

Our group was blown away by how great this campsite was
The tents were spaced out just great to where you had the sense that you had the place all to yourself
The quality of the tent and amenities provided surpassed any other campsite we’ve been to
The staff was so friendly and always available when needed
