Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Desert 🌵 off grid camping. There are no amenities, please come prepared with water. If you are tent camping, you are required to bring your own toilet. This is a property setup for experienced campers. The property is 15 minutes away from an Astronomy Retreat - Galileo Hill is situated near Silver Saddle Ranch and Club within California City, a city in the Mojave Desert. This is Birding Hotspot: It's recognized as a birding hotspot, attracting birdwatchers due to the diverse birdlife in the area.. This area is known for it's dark skies, so you will have stellar views for stargazing. Close to Fremont Valley Ecological Reserve. In between Red Rock Canyon State Park & Grass Valley Wilderness.Panoramic vistas on 20 acre lot. There are no amenities. You can have a fire if you bring your own pit. Pits are not provided. Close to Red Rock Canyon. This is primitive camping, no services or amenities. You are welcome to set up anywhere on the property. Dogs welcome as long as they are on leash. Come have fun and enjoy the panoramic views.

Privacy, privacy, privacy… my wife and I went to view a meteor shower towards the end of October and we were not disappointed in the primitive campsite provided. Just make sure that you have four-wheel-drive available and please keep the campgrounds clean as I would love to return, and since it is already prestige, it would be nice to come to it in the same condition. There were no hassles we paid we camped we left. We had a great time so thank you Adidas Ziggy’s lead. Hope to see you soon.
