Our host was so lovely, gave us plenty of privacy and towels to shower in her gorgeous full bathroom.
The camp site and garden was so lovely! Couldn't say enough good things about this host!

Kristina’s spot is PERFECT. Your own little oasis amidst the city. Kristina was lovely and had great food recommendations. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and well kept, we could have spent our entire time just in the yard. The full bathroom also felt luxurious while traveling. Would absolutely come back.

Amazing and kind hosts who were responsive, super helpful, and provided a comfortable stay. House was easy to find, the backyard is cute and cozy, and the bathroom with shower was such a nice amenity to have. Would definitely stay here again!

My dog and I were car camping from the PNW to SoCal and needed a hot shower and a place to stretch our legs so I decided to stay at Kristina’s wonderful and private backyard instead of booking a hotel and could not be happier with that decision. It’s clean, manicured, has beautiful lighting, bathroom, shower.
I was able to unload the car, felt safe leaving everything in the backyard and not worry about somebody breaking into my car while I picked up supplies in the city. Having a safe place to unload and repack the car at an easy pace was truly a gift.
I made the booking VERY last minute and even though Kristina wasn’t home at the time, there were zero issues with access and communication. I would highly recommend this spot and intend on staying again on my next trip.

This is an oasis in the ocean of suburbia in Sacramento. It’s a great private space with a clean bathroom and shower. I was able to let my dog roam leash less in the yard while relaxing on the lawn

Camping two nights in our campervan in Kristina's RV camp site was perfect. The location is convenient and is very private even though it is in a Sacramento neighborhood near Sac State. We relaxed in the evening on the patio in the nicely landscaped yard and enjoyed our morning coffee there listening to the birds in the trees. The private tuff shed bath and shower building is beautifully finished and was so convenient. I would definitely stay again at Kristina's when I need to stay in Sacramento.

Great stay! Kristina is super sweet and knowledgeable, and has a great setup to use a toilet and shower if you’re in a van that doesn’t have a bathroom.

The spot was very nice and what we loved about it the most was the way it looked and felt, the wind chime made me and my wife so relaxed. Very good experience and we will definitely recommend and return again Kristina was amazing and accommodating. She rocks and so does the spot.

Great urban hip camp location. Kristina is exactly the kind of person you want as your hipcamp host. The property was as advertised and very clean. Will come back for sure next time we are in the area.

Not good for dogs - only places they can go offleash is asphalt and concrete.

Kristina’s backyard was the perfect refuge for our night in Sacramento. She greeted us with a smile, showed us around her beautifully landscaped yard, and then left us to enjoy the fire pit. The very nice bathroom with a shower was definitely a plus!

We had a great stay here in our campervan. Great location to visit downtown Sacramento. Quiet, safe, and secure spot in fenced and gated lot. Beautifully landscaped area to hang out outside the van the private bathroom with shower was a great touch.
Kristina was a great host and made the check in process easy. I will keep this spot on my short list for anytime traveling to Sacramento with our camper.

If you have an RV, camper van, or a roof top tent on the back of a pickup like I do, and you're looking for a private, clean, and secure spot to camp anywhere near downtown Sacrament, Kristina's spot is it! She is super friendly, the location is perfect for exploring Sac, and the setting is a bit like an oasis in the middle of a city. Super nice hipcamp set up!
