My lot is 50' x 200' with a private, fenced back yard on a corner lot. It has a full bathroom outside, patio, fire pit, and full RV Hookup for one Camping van or small motorhome. This site is close to UC Davis and Shriners Hospital in the heart of Sacramento. You can bike everywhere, walk to restaurants and local pubs. It's a great location, likely smaller than other listings but a perfect place to City Camp. Guests are welcome to pick whatever is growing in my edible garden. Sacramento State University is less than three miles as well.This is a private spot on a corner lot, the site is on the back of the property and completely fenced in and locked. Great location to UC Davis and Shriners Hospitals, Sacramento State University is within three miles as well. Lots of restaurants, Sacramento and American RIver are both close by.

RV Parking for 1 unit under 25'

Kristina’s backyard was the perfect refuge for our night in Sacramento. She greeted us with a smile, showed us around her beautifully landscaped yard, and then left us to enjoy the fire pit. The very nice bathroom with a shower was definitely a plus!

We had a great stay here in our campervan. Great location to visit downtown Sacramento. Quiet, safe, and secure spot in fenced and gated lot. Beautifully landscaped area to hang out outside the van the private bathroom with shower was a great touch. Kristina was a great host and made the check in process easy. I will keep this spot on my short list for anytime traveling to Sacramento with our camper.

Great Spot to Explore Sacramento

If you have an RV, camper van, or a roof top tent on the back of a pickup like I do, and you're looking for a private, clean, and secure spot to camp anywhere near downtown Sacrament, Kristina's spot is it! She is super friendly, the location is perfect for exploring Sac, and the setting is a bit like an oasis in the middle of a city. Super nice hipcamp set up!
