Chateau Vigne is our second home, sometimes short term rental on 1.34 acres on the west side of Atascadero. It is a serene and peaceful property. There are daily deer sitings on the property and the location couldn't be better. It is close to the 101 freeway, but far enough for peace and quiet. We are central to Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Cambria. Only 30 minutes to Hearst Castle, 1.25 hours to Solvang, 24 minutes to Morro Bay or Cambria. There are more wineries than you could possibly visit, natural hot springs nearby, Atascadero lake, zoo, spas, amazing hiking, horse riding etc. Grocery, fast food, shopping + great restaurants are within minutes and the thrifting and antiquing around here is amazing. Atascadero has that small town feel with lots of community events on the calendar. This parking spot is in on the front portion of our property on a mostly dirt patch separated by a swale that runs through the property. You can park behind the tall trees against the street for privacy. There is a large turnaround area. The vegetable garden is my neighbors property and their property line extends to the swale. Please do not walk on their spot. There are no hookups of any kind and no bathroom. There is no access to the house or any other areas on the property other than the designated area. This spot is appropriate for Class B and C rigs, fifth wheels and most travel trailers. No tent camping. There is a security camera on the shop and a ring doorbell on the front door and motion activated lights that will turn on, although we ask that you don't approach the house or go in the back yard. Lights on the buildings turn on at dusk and turn off at daylight. Dogs (maximum 2) are okay provided they stay leashed at all times and any droppings are immediately disposed of inside your RV. No extra fee for your fur babies. This spot is open most mid weeks and on weekends, provide the Airbnb guests staying approve. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. We do love our neighbors and request that only quiet and respectful campers inquire.

There are daily deer sitings on the property in the warmer months and the location couldn't be better. It is close to the 101 freeway, but far enough for peace and quiet. We are central to Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Cambria. Only 30 minutes to Hearst Castle, 1.25 hours to Solvang, 24 minutes to Morro Bay or Cambria. There are daily deer crossings on our property of a pod of about 10 deer. You will see squirrels, lots of birds and butterflies. The parking spot and hookups are on the large shop at the end of the driveway. We have both 30 and 50 amp plugs and the hose spigot is attached to the house on the left. There is no access to the house or any other areas on the property other than the parking spot and there is a turnaround in the driveway for easy exit. We ask that you leave a parking spot open on the left and don't impede access to the garage. We only rent this spot when the rest of the house is vacant. If you are interested in using the backyard which includes a hot tub, plunge pool, outdoor games, fire pit and outdoor dining tables, you may rent this at an additional charge, please inquire. This spot is appropriate for Class B and C rigs and some smaller trailers. There is a security camera on the shop and a ring doorbell on the front door and motion activated lights that will turn on, although we ask that you don't approach the house or go in the back yard. No extra fee for your fur babies. This spot will only be open when we, the owners, are staying at the house or the house is vacant, and we will come out and greet you if we are there! Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. You will not have access to the rest of the property but you can expect to see daily deer sightings as they cross our yard between neighbors. We do love our neighbors and request that only quiet and respectful campers inquire.

Marilynn was responsive and provided good, clear info. We parked our little camper van on her land overnight, and the spot was neat and clean, quiet and peaceful, and separated from the road by trees. We were grateful for a safe nook to tuck into, and we would definitely stop here again.

The house is nestled in a dreamy neighborhood with oak-trees, cute deers walking around. It is quiet and smells so good from the rosmary bushes, the lavender etc. A peaceful getaway. Next coffee shop, laundry, grocery shopping within 5 min! Can highly recommend.
