Fully gated and secure. We have 2 parking spaces for your off grid fully independent max 24 foot van or small RV . No hookups. We can offer an extension cord and shop vac for cleaning but cannot hook you up to power. We have a hose to fill your tanks. No dumping station here. No bathroom No showers We have donkeys and a horse that you can feed watermelon to provided by us. We have a hang out area without air conditioning with a refrigerator, sink, tables and a propane stove. We are right by the highway so it’s not quiet like in the country. We have a fenced in place for your dog. We have a trampoline Above ground saltwater pool that you are welcome to use. We will be here when you check in to show you around. You will receive a gate code on arrival so you can come and go. We are family friendly No drugs or heavy drinking No leaving children unattended No entering into animals pins. We are just starting to set things up. We are working on a garden. We have avocados and oranges.

We love Cashews Garden! Me, my wife and my beagle were happy to find such a perfect spot nestled not too far off the 8 freeway. This "slice of heaven" appears out of the suburbs once you get to the top of the hill and it is a place to behold. A pristine swimming pool, an super awesome hangout spot, donkeys, and Cashew the horse are just a few of the great amenities provided here. Dane and Rebekah are extremely friendly and very down to earth, inviting us for food and bringing us plenty of water during our stay. Come enjoy Cashews Garden for yourself!

Rebekah was so welcoming and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I flew in late and she was very communicative and flexible, the property was easy to find even at night. The sunrise in the morning was such a beautiful surprise over the mountains and can be seen right from the RV window waking up & lastly the hang out area and farm was so quaint with Cashew the horse and Sally and Freddie the donkies :) . It felt very safe and homey!

Great Hosts
We car camped at Cashews Garden. Very pleasant stay. Great hosts. Easy communication. The property is conveniently located to allow access to San Diego beaches. A country feel but in the city close to restaurants and grocery stores. Being able to feed the friendly donkeys was an extra special treat for my daughter .

Awesome Place
Lovely space with gracious hosts. Pool is perfect and cannot beat the price. Make sure you have a chat with the hosts and a visit with the donkeys!
