The area features mountain biking trails, off highway vehicle trails, hiking and horseback trails. World renowned whitewater rafting and kayaking nearby. Stay with us in your very private cabin, and enjoy the many outdoor activities in the Foresthill area and Sierra Nevada mountains.Extremely private. Flat 100' by 100' space with amazing view of the surrounding forest and the middle fork American River canyon. Features a 120 square foot secure, lockable cabin, nearby composting toilet, solar shower and spigot. 30'x30' Outdoor plaza area features handmade timber table and seating. Wildlife galore, with deer, turkeys, quail, doves, bandtail pigeons, rabbits, squirrels, hawks, bears, gray foxes, bobcats and even mountain lions.

We liked everything, the house was warm at night, and the owner helped to solve small details, it's really far from the hustle and bustle, we enjoyed the bonfire, nature, and a glass of single malt, I recommend

Bud’s cabin was a great stay. Nice views with the essentials already set up, he made sure the site was easy to find & ready for us. My kids enjoyed the campfire area & exploring the forest!
