2nd Outcropping
Campsite is very secluded and really pretty. Host was very communicative and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The only drawback is that the site is on a slope, so it's a bit awkward to organize the camp with multiple cars, but Dale also mentioned other spots that we could pick from, so this is solvable.

Amazing Thanksgiving Experience
I originally booked a different location on Dale's property, but received a call from Dale the next day and he notified me on another area on his property that we should check out. We took his advice and were not let down! He was extremely helpful and checked in with us every couple of days to make sure everything was going well. The property is amazing with great views and hiking in every direction. I will for sure be coming back on a regular basis for a quick getaway. If you book with Dale on his property, you will not be let down!

Peace and quiet
What a special place; quiet and peaceful. Open land and sky. A beautiful spot amongst the oak trees with no one in sight. We woke up to deer and saw many bird species. Dale is super friendly and attentive host, he made us feel so comfortable. Definitely a place to come back to.

Highly recommend!
We had an awesome time at this magical spot on Dale's property. The views are beautiful and the stars were incredible. The site is very secluded with no one camping nearby. It's big and has a number of spots for tents and/or vehicles. A great group spot! Dale is very friendly and helpful. This is also a great location for wine tasting, with so many vineyards to choose from nearby. We're excited to come back in the fall/winter!

Cottage A
I rented Cabin A as part of a larger group who also camped on the property. These little cabins are so charming and strike the perfect balance between comfort and ruggedness. The space itself is simple but thoughtfully built. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets. The best part was that the cabin stayed naturally insulated! We visited in July during a heatwave—it was hot. We were amazed that the little space maintained a refreshingly cool temperature all throughout the day! The cabins are located near several gathering areas on Dale’s vast property. The facilities were very clean and the solar shower was a nice touch. The property itself is beyond gorgeous, private and surrounded by nature and wildlife. We were all enchanted by the property and show special it felt. It’s also a quick drive to a bunch of neighboring wineries and the drive in and out of Paso Robles is scenic and easy. Finally, Dale is a generous and hospitable host who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good time. I was with a large group that had a lot of moving parts--Dale was always there to answer questions before, during and even after our stay. He made our trip all the more better. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back!
