Welcome to Camp Arroyo Grande! Enjoy our 29-acres that feature beautiful ocean views, oak woodlands, and plenty of rustic charm. All this is conveniently tucked into the hillside just steps away from the Village of Arroyo Grande where you will find restaurants, coffee, shopping, parks and roosters. The property is home to many youth groups and local non-profits, continuing a 135-year legacy as an Event Center and Retreat Space. The historic Tabernacle building has been hosting church and schools gatherings, dinners, fundraisers, weddings, family reunions, festivals and more since 1897. Community Events are likely to be taking place but follow quiet time guidelines. *pool is seasonal and subject to availability

Big open space
Friendly host! I loved the goats in the camp space. Even though the pool bathrooms are older they're still nice enough to use in the middle of the night. Showers on the hill were awesome.

Undecided in Paradise
The camp was easy to find with Mapquest. We arrived just before dark and the key was in door. The accommodation were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. I didn’t know where the shower was until I was leaving, had tried to open the door, but must have been hard to push. The restroom light lasted about 30 seconds, then shut off. I had a flashlight at night,and cellphone during day. Once I started moving in main part of bathroom, light came on. I went down a staircase that I thought would be closer to get back to the cottage, but was blocked with garbage bags. I was able to get down sloped bank easily, but had to help my husband down. Overall, the camp is a nice place, but I think we couldn’t use the kitchen, so left early and ate out. The lady who worked there was very nice. I think it would be a great place for a family, plenty of room, large cottage etc. I don’t think there was WiFi.

Had a great time stayed over night Saturday to Sunday with family members n loved the multiple beds in the cabin n loved the out door scenery n will definitely be going back
