Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
You deserve to have an adventure, and pamper yourself at the same time. We have an authentic Vintage/Retro Travel Trailer nestled on a wooded property. Prepare yourself for a unique experience, filled with wildlife and amazing views. Luxurious amenities like, Hot indoor shower, private toilets. Outdoor is in her cast-iron bathtubs amongst a beautiful view. Trails to hike and walk along, dozens of desirable seating areas throughout the property to enjoy a conversation, or to find your own personal reset button. In the summer months, it could be quite warm in the Sierras. There is no cooling system available, just like camping in a tent or an isolated cabin. Be prepared for hot days. As the months grow colder, it is important to be prepared for low temperatures. There is no electricity in the trailers. No source of heat. There are extra blankets available. But just as you would be camping in a tent or isolated cabin there is no source of heat, we suggest you come prepared with warm pajamas, even a beanie for your head. In the Glamping Central area and bathroom facilities there is always hot water and coffee with toaster oven and cooking area.

Great place and romantic 💘
I loved my stay at Blissful Retreat! It is located in a nice secluded private property. The place is very clean, cozy, and inviting. We even got to see a young deer 🦌 that came to visit at night. I liked that the Kitchenette had a small refrigerator where we kept some of our food. I brought my own cooking utensils, but there are some there available as well in case you want to barbecue and forgot to bring your own. The restroom and shower has hot water and very clean. My husband and I loved the outside bathtubs; we enjoyed looking at the sunset with a glass of champagne as we soaked in the tub, that was my favorite part ♥️ Also it is just a short drive to town where you have access to stores and good food and some nice trails to spend time in nature . Things to know: the trailer camp does not have electricity and the kitchen does not have a stove to cook; this was not a problem for me, but just in case someone else likes to know. I plan to go back in the future and highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away from the city and have a relaxing time in nature.

Sunset Paridise
The site is beautiful and whimsical, with extensive gardens and a sunset view from the deck that can't be beat. Our little trailer was cute and roomy, and the battery-powered lights were bright and much longer-lasting than we expected. We got to share the site with a herd of six deer, and with an extremely lovely, friendly cat who sat purring in our laps while we ate our meals. (The little goober had us convinced he was freezing to death outside our trailer, but the next morning Tricia told us he has cat door access into the heated house! He just wanted to cuddle with us some more.) The bathrooms were lovely and the wallpaper made us laugh - make sure you look closely at it! Our night was very, very cold despite bundling up in many layers of clothing, including good down vests and heavy merino wool base layers. We have camped in very cold weather before but the mountains were more than we bargained for! Tricia provided extra blankets, but if you're visiting late in the season like us I'd suggest dressing very, very, very warm. This would probably be a nicer site during a more reasonable season. Visiting in a November cold snap, we couldn't find anywhere sheltered to eat (as food was not allowed in the trailers, and the kitchen cabin was a small shed) and some amenities seemed to be missing - for example, the freezer/fridge in the kitchen was unplugged and not usable. In the summer this would be a gorgeous place to stay, and we'd certainly consider returning in a warmer month.

best glamping ever!
I loved this spot, wow wow wow. Such a beautiful stay. The accommodations are amazing, bed was comfortable. There's a small kitchen shed that makes glamping a breeze. I can't wait to stay here again! Highly recommend. worth the money :)

We really enjoyed our stay!
The place is quaint, quiet, and has great views. The cabins are clean and comfortable - although they do not have electrical power. The bathroom facilities are very nice, and the common spaces are well thought out and inviting. The nearby town of Oakhurst is also really wonderful with plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. I wish we had a bit more time to explore it. I only wish this Hipcamp was closer to the Yosemite Valley - its a solid 1.5 hours drive on a very long and windy road.
