We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have a pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County wine country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. We are close to places like Armstrong Woods, Safari West, Getaway Adventures, The Sonoma County Fairgrounds which hosts the Summer Country Concerts among other events, Harmony Festival, Santa Rosa Full & Half Marathons & 5K, Sonoma Zipline Adventures, and Much More! For you foodies there are Savor Food Tours, Relish Culinary Adventures in addition to all the incredible restaurants in town. There is so much to do and see in our beautiful part of the world. Little Vineyard - site 2

Lorri was a fabulous host . Really helpful with information about Healdsburg and the amazing history of her family … almost like meeting ‘royalty’! Campsite was very well organised and nothing was too much trouble for her. Walking distance of the town including at night .

Little Vineyard - site 2

We enjoyed our time at Little Vineyard. Easy biking into town, electric/water/sewer hookups are always nice. Lorrie is an outstanding host and the location is ideal. Perfect location for day trips to Western Hills Garden, Occidental and Guerneville and even a nice nursery right next door!

Cornerstone RV Pad - site 1

We recently had a fantastic stay at Barn Yard RV Pad and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a serene and well-maintained outdoor experience. The site is spacious, clean and plenty of privacy, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Lorri and Lacy were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, whether you’re a seasoned camper or new to the outdoors.

Cornerstone RV Pad - site 1

Great spot with easy access!

What a sweet spot! We stayed in the site next to the blue picnic table, which put the hook-ups on the perfect side for our Airstream. It was an easy back in, both sites are very wide. The spot is sunny and Lorri has planted lots of trees and vines, so it will only get better with time. Having a sewer hook-up right there is amazing. The freeway noise is a non-starter - a low hum in the background that never bothered us. The area is mixed use, with some homes, barns and commercial buildings and super easy & quick access to Healdsburg plaza. Lorri popped by to check on us and is nice as can be. We will be back!

Little Vineyard - site 2

Glamping in wine country!

We really enjoyed this spot. Lovely views of the vineyard from this site. Super close to town and also amazing wineries literally right across the street. I do wish they had a fire pit but can’t win them all… it’s really “glamping” at any rate. :) Lorri was extremely hospitable, accommodating and communicative. We will definitely be back!

Grow Grapes Grow!

Lorri has created two designated area with full hookups for guest to stay on her property amongst a vineyard. The freeway noise was not a bother for me and I had no problems getting a good nights sleep. Conveniently located on the edge of town in Healdsburg, a perfect spot to explore Sonoma County.
