A nice camping site where are you surrounded by lots of trees and homes but yet you left alone. My house was very accommodating and had no issues. I would definitely come back as it was priced reasonably also.

Nice quiet place in Nevada city and I found the host to be very friendly. I mostly dry camped and had very basic needs but liked having access to water in the spot. Would definitely stay here again. Great spot, not far from downtown Grass Valley or downtown Nevada City.

This is a great campsite! It's very convenient, with hookups for electricity and water. It's in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic, so it felt very peaceful. The area is pretty too, with woodsy scenery. I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed two nights to revisit Nevada City. The site was very quiet and quite private despite being on a residential lot. We never saw or heard the owners. Very wide, long space. Slightly difficult backing our 22 foot trailer in due to no space on the opposite side of the road, but not bad. 30 amp worked great, water also was good at 40 psi. The hook ups are a bit away from the flatest part of the site, so bring extensions. Used two of the plastic leveling blocks. She was very quickly responsive when we asked to arrive 1-2 hours early.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siobhan’s. The neighborhood is very quiet. The location is out of, but not far from town. We were able to pull front in with out 30 foot fifth wheel, unhitch, and then get the truck out past the trailer. This put our utility hook ups on the same side as Siobhan‘s house. It also put our outdoor area outside our door away from the house for more privacy. This worked out very well.

Had a really great stay at Siobhan’s land. The property is quiet, clean, and exactly what you want if you’re trying to get away from the noise for a bit. Plenty of space to spread out, and it felt private without being isolated in a weird way.
Siobhan was easy to communicate with and made everything simple from start to finish. You can tell she actually cares about the space and the people staying there.
Overall just a solid, stress-free spot to post up. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! The site was peaceful, private, and had everything I needed. The host was super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated having access to the water and electricity. Alse, the sauna, washer, and dryer, nice touches that made the stay extra comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Siobhan's RV spot was a great basecamp in Nevada City! Well thought out electric and water hookups, washer and dryer and sauna were appreciated! She greeted us when we arrived and communication was excellent! The location was quiet, peaceful and relaxing, near hiking trails. We spent 4 nights visiting, and can't wait to return!

A welcoming, private space amongst tall shade trees in a very large clean, beautiful, natural space. Easy access for any RV setup with extra room for parking.
Siobhan is a gracious host and her neighborhood is very pet friendly. My cat Zoey immediately felt safe, at ease and right at home, lounging in the shade outside our camper with my dog Rudy.
The grounds and neighborhood are lush and welcoming with trail access and is within minutes to shopping.
Cell service is good and host offers WiFi for easy streaming, sauna and laundry facilities.
Instacart and Door Dash delivery just a tap away.
Recommend to any traveler looking for a beautiful, quiet space to relax.

Siobhan is a wonderful host. The spot is a great home base to explore the area. It's a sizeable level backyard space in a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. Nice trail walking distance Plus water, power and laundry? Can't beat it.

This was such a lovely spot! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay again! Siobhan was lovely, kind, and communicative, and she shares so many of her amenities with guests! We thought the summer time weather was a bit too hot to try out her sauna, but if we were there in the winter?? What a treat! We did take her up on the use of her laundry machine. We have solar panels and while we weren’t able to get *quite* enough sun to be sustainable in a long-term way, we had enough for the few days we were there and were able to supplement with the electrical hookups she provided. This spot is also walking distance to a trail and very close to lots of other cool outdoor things! We jumped in rivers, went white water rafting, hiked, and biked while there! All amazing!

Siobhan’s place was great! It was super quiet yet still a 10 minute drive into either Nevada City or Grass Valley. Both towns are wonderful, artsy little places with good food and interesting wares. Siobhan was always quick to respond when I needed something. There was laundry and trash disposal on site which was great. Also a sauna but I didn’t use it. Siobhan provided WiFi but I found it only worked for Netflix if you let it buffer a while. I couldn’t do basic internet browsing or video calls with her WiFi, but I was able to get decent Verizon service using my hotspot. Starlink wouldn’t work at all because there are too many trees in the spot. On the positive side, this creates some shade for hotter days. Overall, a great spot for exploring the area!

We loved staying here. It’s in a separate lot next to the hosts land. Siobhan met us and was very sweet. We had use of the trash and washing machine and dryer which was VERY appreciated. Beautiful setting surrounded by trees. We were had WiFi

Great spot! Host was awesome. Close to Nevada City & Grass Valley. Great cell coverage. (I have both AT&T and T-mobile). Peaceful neighborhood. Nice hiking trails within walking distance, great for walking the dog.
Everything well explained in the welcome message. Great spot, would stay again.

The site is in a great area. It’s close enough to towns, hiking, and biking. It also has power and water! The host gave plenty of recommendations of places to find food, and places to visit.

Quiet neighborhood and property. We enjoyed staying at Siobhan's place. She was very responsive and helpful. Feels private with the partial fence. She allowed us to let the dogs into the fully fenced in area. It was really helpful to have access to do laundry along with having the electric and water hook up. Would definitely stay again!
