Unique Glamping Escape Ocean breezes and mountain views in historic Plumosa Heights, Oceanside's oldest neighborhood! Minimize your footprint, while maximizing your visit to Oceanside! Our entire property is solar-powered. Our property is nestled in a private cul de sac on the edge of a canyon. Site 1. Our meticulously restored 1967 Boles Aero Trailer Paz located in a private, gated space with eastern corridor views. Enjoy the full size organic futon, there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, basic cookware and glassware. Its equipped with a water-less, composting toilet, standing shower, towels, beach chairs & umbrella. This unique space is perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a solo adventure. There is space outside to relax with a fire pit and lights. Site 2. Consider our Cielo Loft if more space is what you need. Unwind in our cozy, vintage 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft with garden and eastern corridor views. A larger space with 1 queen size futon and 1 full size bed, full bathrooms, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker and a t.v. in the living room. Hangout on the upper landing in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. From our spot, you can walk through the tree lined neighborhoods to charming cafes, vintage stores, a variety of restaurants and the iconic Oceanside pier, all within a mile! If its good food you enjoy, our local breweries and restaurants satisfy every appetite. Every Thursday morning brings the charming downtown Farmers Market with art, locally grown fresh fruits and veggies as well as delicious prepared food. Thursday evenings come alive with the bustling Sunset Market's local artists, music, and a variety of delectable food vendors. These are both located in downtown Oceanside. Its easy to explore beyond Oceanside too! Our location between San Diego and Los Angeles makes day trips a breeze with the train station just a half-mile away. Easily venture to cities to the south, north and even east for the day via the train. Or for those who prefer to explore by bike, we have hybrid bicycles to rent at a flat rate; explore the beach and neighborhoods on two wheels. Ridecircuit.com/oceanside offers local transportation services within Oceanside if needed. The fares are moderate and the service picks you up at your location.

Our neighborhood is the oldest in Oceanside. We live above a canyon which at end of cul-de-sac which makes it very private. This rare, very clean 1967 Boles Aero Vintage Trailer we've named Paz, has been completely restored and situated in a large gated space with a private entrance for comfortable glamping. This site is walking distance to Oceanside's best coastal restaurants, cafes, vintage stores, and the historic pier. The Metrolink and Amtrak train station is located less than half a mile away for easy travel to downtown San Diego, Orange County or Los Angeles. The Sprinter station, which is within blocks can take you West to East and runs every half hour. There is shade and views of the eastern corridor of North County San Diego. Towels and linens are provided as well as dishware. The kitchen is supplied with a 2 burner electric stove and cookware, utensils to make simple meals. The bathroom has a full shower with a hot water and a clean composting toilet. The City of Oceanside offers inexpensive eco-friendly "The Circuit" shuttle service from the Harbor to South Oceanside. Super easy to use, just download the “Ride Circuit” app and choose “Oceanside” under “Locations.” There is a small fee so be sure to add a payment method.

Soak in the Treehouse Vibe: Climb the private stairs to your own east-facing haven, offering stunning views and a delightful treehouse feel nestled beside our majestic jacaranda tree, famed for its vibrant purple blooms in late spring. This fully-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft boasts a small kitchenette connecting the living areas. The vintage-style kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a compact sink, perfect for preparing light meals. Unwind in Comfort: The light-filled living area provides a cozy haven with a lounge chair for two, ideal for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a movie night. Street parking is available for one car, however, we encourage exploring Oceanside's many convenient transportation options including our beach cruisers that you can rent at a flat rate. The train station is nearby, and our beach town offers excellent opportunities for biking, walking, or hopping on the Circuit, our local inexpensive neighborhood shuttle. While there's no central air conditioning or heating, the space is well-insulated and easily ventilated with adjustable windows.

I loved the location, decor, and privacy all in an urban space. Would recommend if you just need to crash and wanna see this beautiful part of California. I do wish the oven was functional so only cook stove top while your there. Best cozy vibes!

This was such a peaceful expirence waking up in the morning seeing the sun rise over the mountains walking to the beach and drinking coffee at the local cafes coming back for a cozy tea in a space that took me back in time with the clasic interior of 1967 really helped me reset and tune in i used the radio cd and caset player and cooked some yummy foods I enjoyed every moment in this space thank you

Perfect for 2 couples. Easy parking. Nicely decorated and it felt private. I used their fan to stay cool at night. There were waters in the fridge and some nice coffee beans and grinder to use with a drip machine or French press.

Convenient location for visiting family, but felt this place could be spruced up a bit. Just seemed a bit tired. The pull out futon was definitely on the firm side. We did not spend much time here, but used it more for a place to sleep. There was a large outdoor space but again needed some tlc. Nice private space.

Wonderful little place. Cozy trailer in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely recommended. Be aware that if you're a bit bigger than me (5'8" average build), you might feel a bit tight in there, but you will most likely enjoy the aesthetic nonetheless.

Loved camping here, hosts were super nice and the trailer was very cute and within walking distance of the beach and fun parts of town. The camper is very nicely updated and the site itself has plenty of privacy and all kinds of tools and dishes for cooking on-site as desired. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there another time if I'm in Oceanside again.

Cozy, Vintage Camper - Loved It.

Javier & Belinda went above and beyond to accomodate us on a last minute visit to Oceanside. The adorable vintage camper fits the aesthetic of their entire property beautifully. It has it's own entrance and garden with patio and firepit, and feels safe and homey. We enjoyed the 30ish minute walk to the boardwalk, explored town, had a great sushi dinner, and walked it off on the way back. As others noted there is noise from the I-5 freeway in the distance. To us it was like white noise, but I can see that earplugs would help for those sensitive sleepers. We'll definitely keep this place on the top of our list for our next Oceanside visit. Great location, cute neighborhood and it is very close to the coast and downtown. The host(s) were super friendly and very informative. Two minor complaints, the camper could have been a bit cleaner. Found a few spiders and webs throughout. And as others have mentioned, you do hear noise from the highway. Ear plugs recommended, if you're a light sleeper.

It’s very cute and the hosts are very responsive! Central to Oceanside- just very loud next to the highway. The hosts did bring us earplugs though! If you want a cute place to stay in Oceanside, it’s perfect!

Paz was our first ever Hipcamp stay and it was wonderful! The trailer is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings. Javier and Belinda were great hosts and we had no issues during our stay.

I was unable to go at the very last minute due to Covid. But the hosts were very nice about it and my friend and her husband were able to use the place. They really liked it, had a great weekend. Said it was a very sweet place and they would go back.

My friend and I loved our stay here! It was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and hospitable. There were board games available to play, spices to use for cooking, and the outdoor space was really nice.

sweet space, surprisingly spacious and conveniently located on a dead end; a bit of road noise from the east but closing the bedroom windows and the treehouse feel somehow neutralized it. Great space!

This renovated trailer was amazing. The decor reminded me of my grandparents Airstream, with better flooring and kitchen appliances. The other perk was being in walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. Unique and lovely place to enjoy sunny Southern California!

We loved Site Paz! The trailer was so cute, cozy and well taken care of. Even though it's in their side yard, there is plenty of privacy. The beach is only a 10 min walk away through a charming neighborhood.
