Beautiful property with mostly RVs
A few girlfriends and I wanted to camp over July long weekend. Rick's property is absolutely stunning, however, please be forewarned that at the time we visited, it was mostly occupied by male pipe fitters in large RVs who work 7 days/week. While the property is beautiful, it was just not quite what we were looking for in terms of a serene, private-ish campsite. We thought it was going to be mostly tents, but we were the only ones. There is no cell service, however, it is about 10 min drive from Fernie. The map provided takes you right to Rick's house. Rick's customer service is great overall, he has a kind personality and hospitality skills. He let me use his wifi while I contacted the rest of our party, which was very kind of him. While he assured us that his site was safe, he understood that we did not feel our best staying there for the weekend, so I requested a refund. Beautiful property overall, but just be aware it is mostly RVs.

Camping in a field of flowers
This property is mostly for RVers working locally on the pipeline so the place is mostly unoccupied during the day. The only option for us at the time was a non-RV site, which was "anywhere" in his open field full of tall grass and wildflowers (and dog poo). We have a self-contained powered camper-truck so that was fine - except for the poo we drove through. We stayed close to the bathroom which we could use. This included a shower, which was a nice bonus and worked really well. It's a beautiful field next to a beautiful forest and mountain but the road to get there is a little confusing and the abandoned RV ghost town feeling you get upon arrival is a little weird. Overall it worked out just fine and Rick was super nice and accomodating once we finally met up with him. The other RVer's were really friendly to us too. Just zoom into the little Hipcamp map to find it, Google lat/long directions were wrong.
