Recently renovated 1960s 14ft camper set back away from 1942 original workhouse(main dwelling with private entrance back guestroom). Camper is solar and 12v battery-powered with 1500w inverter. Very comfy full bed, futon, 5000btu A.C., 12v Dometic 40L cooler, propane heat, stereo, coleman two-burner stove, hammocks and more. Hot running water private outdoor bathroom. Fire rings, picnic tables and charcoal grill. Multiple, high-watt, portable lithium 110v power banks available to fill in the blanks. House has two grid outlets for A.C., television and microwave/toaster. Livingroom wood stove, couch, loveseat and lazy boy. Satellite TV surround sound entertainment center. Weightbench and bars. Yoga mats. Large countertop kitchen with propane stove and on-demand water heater. 6ft Single-piece stainless sink. Front porch swing. Bathroom has new 7ft walk-in shower with on-demand propane hot water, large sink countertop and flush toilet. At least 1000 books on the shelves and 20 bicycles in the stable. Assorted sporting equipment for use. Fishing poles. Yamaha Zuma 50cc scooter. Laptop computers, short-throw projector and media-dedicated harddrives available. Wrap-around window and screened-in back porch with futon, lazy boy, dining table, radio and propane dryer(washing machine on porch as well just not enclosed:) Back porch and guest bedroom(single) are solar/battery-powered with AC inverter. Property is smack-dab Crystalville and 7 miles from Norman town center. Home to the smallest freestanding public library in the world. Founded during the Great Depression by the local ladies auxiliary club and remains open a few days a week thanks to wonderful volunteers. A newer dollar general and short order convenience store with gas station anchors the town. More or less equal distance from Mena and Hot Springs.

Solar shower, private, at edge of forest(plus, use of house's 7ft walk-in, on-demand propane shower). Coleman 2-burner stove with portable camp oven (house's fullsize as well and charcoal grill). Outdoor tables and chairs. Many extra "camping" accessories. Sits at base of 100ft White Oak behind hand-built low rock wall next to four pear trees and blueberry bushes. 100ft down from 'Loom Lounge,' a hand-cob and mortared 20x20 hexagon logcabin. Solar/battery/AC pure-sine inverter powered. New 7ft Olhausen Pool table, entertainment center, fun and games, kitsch, small picnic table out front, cut barrel fire ring. Cabin situated amidst hickory and tall pines overlooking the house, camper and yard with view of surrounding eastern mountains.
