  • Review summary

    Generated from real Hipcamper reviews

Campers have been consistently impressed with the Valley of Peace, appreciating its beautiful, peaceful setting by the creek. Walter, the host, is noted for his friendliness and attentiveness, often going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The sites are spacious and private, with easy access to the cold and clear creek, which is ideal for a refreshing swim on hot days. While the overall feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few comments mention primitive conditions like the outhouses, which could use some improvement.

  • Valerie S.

Tent camped at creek side shade with kids, Sept 2026.

    Recommends

We stayed at the Creekside spot and it was so beautiful!! The creek is lovely, the spot is large, private, and easy to find a perfect spot for a tent. We went with our two small toddlers and it went perfectly. The kids loved looking at all the fish. The rocks are slick but you just need to find the gravel when you swim. Walter is friendly and available to help if you need anything.
