Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas in a 20-acre hayfield, the rural surroundings of ponds, trees, and wildlife add to its simple and natural beauty. With state highway access, this location is perfect for a wide variety of activities such as photography shoots, film scenes, and weddings. The history of the barn and property creates an interesting storyline and backdrop for a wide variety of needs. Wifi is now available surrounding the barn. Located 4 miles from Calico Rock White River access. 3 miles from Calico Creek at Rand Park. 4 miles to Pepper Sauce Alley ghost town. 8 miles from Norfork White River access and Norfork Brewery. Campsites and RV sites are also available on the property in outlying areas.
