We offer a limited number of RV hookups (50/30/20 and city water) Our main purpose is for guests traveling with horses to overnight. This location is purpose built for a limited number of guests, and you will not find large numbers of other people. Owners live on site. The property has a beautiful pasture, pond and extensive landscaping, located in a quiet setting but still convenient to the interstate.

Peaceful Oasis right off I-40
We were their first Hipcamp visitor, yay! We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s conveniently located right off of i-40 but you’d never know that by how serene and peaceful the property is. They have 50amp power and water at each large, fully shaded site with tables and chairs for relaxing or dining al fresco. There is plenty of room to maneuver even the largest of rigs. The host, Seth, was kind and accommodating. We felt very welcome. It was a relaxing night’s stay on our layover driving across the country. We will definitely stay here again!
