Riverdream Camps

This was our second stay at Riverdream, and we love it! Beautiful sky without light pollution, no noise from traffic or what I guess you'd call "city life." My husband & I stayed in a tent both trips, and we were comfortable in each site. Toilet/showers are extremely clean and always stocked. Water flow and temperature is great. Kings River is a short mosey away from camp. Berryville on one side, Eureka Springs on the other. The Hosts have always been kind and quick to assist when we needed it. Their land is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, or a lengthy stay. (You won't regret either one.)

Very cute spot! The cabin was super cosy. My favorite part was the camp kitchen! Bathrooms were nice and had an outhouse closer to camps for those who didn’t feel like walking. Hosts were very kind.

The camp setup was perfect for our family of 3. The tent was really comfortable, and the “kitchen” was super convenient. River access was close but not incredibly easy due to the slope of the bank, but the little beach was a perfect spot to hang out, swim and fish. There were other sites nearby and some noise, but nothing too bothersome. I highly recommend this spot for a small family.

Glamping is Camping & We approve!

We only stayed one night. We went as a quick family trip for Father’s Day. It rained the entire time. This is, of course, completely out of the control of the owner/host. So we do not hold it against them haha. We did have about an hour break in the rain that evening and we took that opportunity to do a little fishing right on the bank of Kings River and grill some burgers and turkey dogs. The only thing that was “inconvenient”, if I had to pick something, is that the grill was actually a grate over the fire pit. Which really wasn’t an inconvenience so much as it was just unexpected. If I had known this beforehand, I would have brought along some cast iron, or at the very least, aluminum foil. The food still turned out great and we had plenty of firewood. We purchased an extra bundle and didn’t even need it since the host graciously supplied the first one. I can’t speak on the actual bathrooms because we didn’t use them. They were back up the hill from the yurt. However, there is a porta potty located at about the middle of the 3 surrounding spots. As well as a fully functioning sink in the kitchen areas. The bed was comfortable. The fan felt great. We stayed completely dry even though it rained the whole time. The yurt and the site were very clean. I also MUST mention, the water was so crystal clear. I could see my daughters feet and every rock she was standing on FROM THE BANK! It was beautiful! Just remember, Glamping is still camping!!! We will definitely ‘Glamp’ again!!!

This was a really pretty place just a 3 minute walk from the Kings River. There had been a lot of rain so for 1 of my 2 days I was the only camper. If the campsites had been full there would not have been privacy because the sites are narrow without any screening between sites. But all and all it was interesting and eclectic and right next to an outfitted if you want to do the river. I would definitely come back.

A magical river retreat!

What a perfect campsite! Not only did we have full-hooks for our RV, but we were also close to some very nice (and clean!) restrooms at campsite #8 AND had private access to King River! Our dogs LOVED it! We were lucky to have visited during October when the leaves were all changing colors, so we had quite a vibrant show to watch along the river. In fact, these may be some of the brightest autumn colors I have seen yet! Plus, the River was crystal clear so everything just has an extra layer of sparkle to it! Just wow! Everyone was very friendly and we hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay at RiverDreams Camp! The shower houses were very nice and everything was clean. The property was remote, yet close to everything, and we loved being a short walk to the river. The hosts were courteous and answered all our questions ahead of our stay! Arrival instructions were clear and everything was well marked. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay in the tree house or one of the tents they offer!

Farar’s was amazing!! The location was perfect for exploring Eureka Springs and floating the Kings River. The RV spots were level and well maintained. The property was peaceful and well kept.

We loved the tent camping on this campground. Short walk to the river with a beautiful hammock sandy area to relax by the water. The campground is right next-door to the Kings River outfitters which made a very convenient to ride the shuttle for a day float. Very clean bathrooms, and gorgeous views of the sunset. We will definitely be coming back!

We went for our anniversary (10 years!) and loved everything about being here! It was our first kid free week as well and we loved how each site feels secluded but connected. It was so great to reconnect with each other and with nature at the same time. We plan to be back many more times!

Everything about this campsite was incredible! The tent, air, mattress, and cots were very high-quality. The access to electricity inside and outside the tent were clutch. Kitchen was well organized and had some amenities that I didn’t expect. The bathrooms were impeccably, clean and comfortable. And the river was absolutely gorgeous in just a stones throw away. Best Camping Bathrooms. Ever.

One of the most positive camping experiences I have ever had. The bathrooms are impeccably clean with a private shower and toilet, complimentary firewood, a working sink in the kitchen area, a beautifully constructed treehouse, and a serene setting. I can’t recommend this site enough.

Very quiet spot in the Ozarks. Easy walk to the river with a few hammock's to relax. When we first arrived, they couldn't find our reservation so we were a little concerned but they accommodated us still.

Memorable camping experience

It had everything you need to go camping- fire pit; picnic table, cooking station, and heated bathrooms. The Yert was cozy and roomy. It was secluded and private with a few campsite neighbors. I would give two thumbs up.

Not for me, but maybe for you

I think this camp was simply not for me. And let me emphasize it might be perfect for someone else. But…The fact that we were so close to the other tenants meant There wasn’t enough privacy, space, or quiet for it to be what I was looking for. If there was a way to let me forget that I am literally in a backyard it would be great. But you are in a backyard and you notice it, you are very close to other campers and you notice it, you are very far away from a shower, and the tent is beneath a fruit tree of some kind that kept loudly pelting the roof of the tent, the fact that you are sleeping in an air mattress was not what I would have expected for the price and most oddly, the outdoor sink follows a pvc pipe to dump gray water maybe .5 yards away from you?…. I would above anything else like to see it go to a water treater or something but it being this close to a river, that is an odd choice, if you ARE gonna do that either extend the pvc away from my view, or just ditch the sink and let me dump our gray water in that spot… but all that to say, a water treatment would be nice to see added. Let me also say, the hosts were GREAT, the firewood bundles are a fantastic value even if they don’t come with kindling, and the place was decorated perfectly.

Great place to camp or take your RV. Breathtaking views, easy access to the river, and was about 20 min from Eurkea Springs. Only thing, there was no cell service for us the whole time, not an issue for us, just thought I’d include that!! 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re looking to camp!

This campsite was such a dream! My daughter and I adopted a puppy in the area and we made a mother/daughter camping trip out of it. The tent is SO cute with party lights hung from trees outside, and little twinkle lights inside. The tent is roomy and the air mattress was tall, thick and comfortable. Each campsite has its own food prep counter / sink station underneath a covered pop up tent with a bug screen around it, as well as it’s own fire ring, chairs, tiki torches and a few basic necessities. The river is literally a stones throw away from the sites and they provide floating tubes as well! The river is shallow and slow with a rock bed bottom and crystal clear water. It was perfect to swim in and enjoy, even with young children. Carmen and Farar were very kind and accommodating yet also gave us our privacy and space. One thing to be aware of is there is ZERO reception or Wi-Fi at this location. This is well-warned already but just know, your phone will basically be useless here. I found it was a nice chance to be totally unplugged for a few days. I would highly recommend RiverDream for a sweet time in the Ozarks!

Family Glamping in Style!

We loved the A-Frame unit with loft! I had originally booked "The Birdhouse" which would have put our two kids in the queen bed and my husband and I outside in a tent. My husband was not up for a tent, so when we got to Farar and Carmen's place he asked if the A-Frame was available. It was and they were more than happy to accommodate us! The A-Frame has a small deck with grill, a private yard equipped with four lawn chairs, picnic table, hammock, and fire ring. When you walk inside you are greeted with hip, stylish decor! Along with a small copper sink and mini-frig. There is a small sitting area and queen bed on bottom level and up top you will find a cozy loft fitted with a double sized bed. We were just a small walk from the river which has a lovely sandy embankment. We were able to go to Eureka Springs in the evenings and Berryville is very close by for emergency groceries, ect. We will be back for future family time. I will recommend this to my friends for our "Girl Weekends" as well. Great hosts, great land, great scenery! You cannot go wrong booking with The Rose family!

Loved our shady spot by the river. It was quiet, clean and we were really able to relax. If you want to camp without the hassle bring your bedding, a skillet and enjoy the peace. Close to town but when sitting by the river it all melts away. 10/10 would recommend.

Glamping Getaway

This spot was fabulous! Me and my friend went on a little weekend getaway and were not disappointed with Farar's glamping spot. We were met by Carmen who was pleasant and showed us around, plus we were only a short walk away from King's river. It felt like a private oasis. We will definitely be returning!
