Simple. Perfect.
These people are awesome! The site was absolutely perfect. It’s still a working progress but they definitely have awesome plans! We had exactly what we needed. Shower. Bathroom. Electricity. Place to put our hammocks and tents. Very serene and beautiful.

Nice camp, under development
James very nice host. Camp under development. We had entire place to ourselves, which is what I prefer. If camp was full it would not be for me. Site’s approximately 40 yards apart. Electrical cord ran to each sight. Nice hiking around camp. Bath house is rustic, but very functional and very rare for Hip Camp in my experience. Would stay again during week in off season to avoid any crowds. I recommend this place.

Ramble Ridge
The owner was great and checked in on us a couple times. It was nice not having to worry about mosquitoes up there.

Ramble Ridge
I appreciated the personal touch of the owner coming around offering firewood and checking in with us each evening. Obviously, it is still a work in progress.

Ramble Ridge
Had a wonderful time at Ramble Ridge! Roomy campsite along a ridge with lots of places to explore. Friendly host filled us in on local wildlife and made our kids whole day. Bathhouse was convenient and we look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Rocky ridge!
Had a nice time camping here. Can’t wait to see what this place become when it is fully built. As it is, was nice having access to clean spring water, toilets, and a hot shower. Amenities are definitely still being perfected and it’s a little rough around the edges, but overall a good experience. The campsites are on rocky ground in a forested area so make sure you have proper padding beneath your sleeping bag. Would love it if there was more signage and direction regarding nearby areas to hike. There is a lot to explore but there aren’t really set trails yet. Phone signal in the area is limited as well so be prepared for that! James was an excellent host and brought firewood to the campsite when needed. Some campsites are fairly close together, but I don’t believe they fully book the land so there should be plenty of space between campers.
