We have 200 beautiful acres, located dead center in the path of the 8 April 2024 total solar eclipse—with 4 minutes 13 seconds of TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE!!! Located two miles down a secluded country road, with 110 acres open field/pasture, 90 acres hardwood forests—our land is at its most beautiful in the spring! A wet weather creek that runs the entire breadth of the property, is typically running strong in April. Two ponds with loads of brim, perch, and catfish are available for fishing, as well as close proximity (just 3 miles down the road) to Strawberry River. Plenty of room available for dry tent or rv camping. Leashed pets are welcome. Please NO ALCOHOL on the property.Find your perfect spot—tucked into the woods, in the field under an open sky undimmed by city lights, beside the wet-weather creek, next to the pond bank—and settle in for a spot-on view of the 8 April 2024 total solar eclipse. Located dead center in the path of totality, our beautiful property will be a wonderful place to take in the whole event. Drinking water (well) will be available from the faucet at our house on the hill, as well as firewood for campfires, for a fee. We welcome well behaved, leashed pets. NO ALCOHOL permitted on property.

Lisa and her family were incredibly kind and great hosts. Their property was lovely and the run to strawberry river was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for the eclipse!
Our family flew from Australia for the 2024 eclipse and we found an amazing experience made possible by Lisa and Joseph. A beautiful property surrounded by forest and gentle hills with native Arkansas plants and animals. Lisa, Joseph and their family were friendly and welcoming even after all the work they put in to prepare the property for the arrival of eclipse-seekers from all over the country at all hours of the day and night. They provided breakfast, firewood and plenty of great conversation. They've made the experience for us - we're going to tell everyone about it back home how great it was.

Perfect for the occasion.
We had a lovely stay. Access was functional for a 42' 5th wheel. Level and beautiful.

Great host for the 2024 eclipse. Camp sites were well dispersed and private at least for us at the back pond; exactly what we were hoping for. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. Checkiin was prompt, organized, and well oiled. Thank you, we really enjoyed ourselves!
