The site is very nice, just make sure to get in contact with the owners before heading out so they can prepare the area rented out.

Reserved the glaming tent somewhat last minute (30 hours in advance) left for a 3.5 hour road trip, messaged the host as we were leaving. 4 hours later we hadn’t received a response, and upon arriving messaged again with no response.
Upon arriving the bed was slept in and nothing was working (power disconnected)
I don’t think the owner meant any harm, but definitely should update the hippocamp page for the campground and let campers know what to expect.
Basically upon arriving we were told that he “doesn’t get the online stuff” and if we would’ve called it would’ve been ready.
Overall it’s a beautiful campground with beautiful scenery but needs more communication with campers

The experience here was fantastic! The restrooms and showers were in great condition. Fireword and ice are available at very good prices. There is a nice Shell gas station about 10min away and towns with grocery stores and hospitals about 30min. The property is beautiful and well kept. The trees are gorgeous and provide moderate shade. At night we could hear coyote packs howling all around. The star gazing is beautiful too!

Good tent camping adjacent to RV spots with electric and water hookups.
The host was great, the bathrooms were clean and useful.
I went over the 2024 eclipse dates, so the park was full and it didn’t feel too cramped.
The only semi-negative note I’d add would be that the tent spots are not necessarily marked, so I’m not sure if there is a 1:1 pairing of reservations to firepits. It seemed like everyone had one though.

This small campground was wonderful. A remote location in the middle of the Arkansas mountains.
The scenery was beautiful and the drive was great.
Would recommend.
