This campground, managed by Mary Lawrence, was inspired by the vision of Glen Garrison, who, along with his late brother Joe, transformed their childhood memories of trail riding into a thriving equestrian park. In 2005, the Garrison brothers took a significant step by developing a portion of their homestead into a well-equipped campground. This facility features modern amenities such as showers, stabling facilities, electric and water hookups, and a dump station, ensuring a comfortable stay for both horse and rider. Weekly rides were organized to explore new trails and familiarize visitors with the stunning Ozark Mountain landscape, quickly attracting guests from across the state and beyond. The camp is ideally situated within riding distance of several breathtaking waterfalls, including Falling Water Falls and Twin Falls, offering an abundance of natural beauty for visitors to enjoy. Joe Garrison, a skilled horse trainer and farrier, dedicated over twenty-five years to raising and training Quarter Horses.
