My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Bryan's property. It was a very convenient place to have a chill camping night while also visiting sights in Bentonville such as the Crystal Bridges Museum and the Blowing Springs trail. Bryan was very nice and very helpful and we really enjoyed his hospitality! Definitely would come stay again!

Great Simple Camping
Very clean large space. Plenty of shady spaces to camp. Mostly level, but the host provides leveling blocks for vans and rooftop campers. Great communicator porta potty with a pump pressure sprayer that you pump up and haul water to. No electricity on site, but the host did allow me to plug my electric bike into his house at night

Bryan is a great host, most of site is slightly sloped but manageable. It's located about half mile from the back 40 trails and just over 2 miles from slaughter pen. You do have to ride 1.5 miles on the somewhat busy road to get to the greenway path, or you could drive your vehicle.
