What a great little spot! Nestled in a nice valley with tall trees and a nice daytime view. Our host, Bryan, was awesome and helpful. Honestly we could have just stayed extra nights and hung out with him. Great little diamond in the rough.

Brian was very accommodating for me. The spot was close to all my needs - biking, mostly. The property had several wild visitors at night that made it feel even more like camping. Those visitors were not dangerous at all. Good trip!

Plenty of space. Easy to get in and out. Really close to all the MTB trails around Bentonville. Fire rings with firewood available. Great spot!

Bryan is a great host! He was very quick replying to a question which made travel and race logistics easy. Will definitely be there for the 2026 Little Sugar MTB.

Spacious but private. Perfect mix of camping but close proximity to city things. Bryan was very receptive and quick to respond to questions.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Great for a camper, but so much for a tent. I was in the furthest spot from the road, but the road noise is still pretty excessive. It seems like it may also be in a flight path because there were several low flying planes overnight as well.

We wanted to love it because the setting was so beautiful but the road in was very bumpy and we were unable to get our van level. Unfortunately, we did not end up staying.

Bryan was an amazing host. He made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed for a comfy night sleep. Perfect place to camp out for a weekend of biking. We look forward to staying here again!

I loved sleeping in the yurt! What a special treat after a long day of singletrack! The back 40 is super close for solitude and the greenway made it so easy to get downtown for coffee.
This is my 3rd visit and i'll definitely be back!

I love this spot! I've been a few times now and plan to return! The trails are super close. I spent the night in a fabulous yurt and did a singletrack century. Fresh water, great vibes. Its location is perfect. Easy access to downtown and the back 40. Super clean!

Good easy spot to find. Probably best for small RV since the tent sites are a bit sloped. Some road noise, but quieted down for the night. Friendly host, nice port o potty. Firewood available for purchase. Would recommend!

No real outdoor shower, 3.5 gallon hot water heater is 3 gallon jugs full of water, sitting in the sun. With some clever rigging for the water head. You gotta walk to the house and get water out of their faucet, to replenish them too.

What a clean and peaceful spot. Convenient to many bike trails and easy to get in n out from. Owners were available if needed. Will be back soon.

Car camped at this site and was very happy there. It is close enough to town (10 min) and other than road noise during the day was the perfect place to stay.

This is not a campsite. This is not even really a property. It is just a backyard. Our tent site would have been no more than 15 feet from a house, and directly next to a road. If the photos were not as misleading as they are, we would not have even considered staying there. We left the site without even getting out of the car.

Brian has a nice area for camping, though being in the Ozarks, it’s pretty hilly. We camped at the top of the hill in our teardrop trailer so we were fine. The porta potty was clean and we appreciated the little extras like motion sensitive lights and the hand sanitizer. Brian was super nice and met us to help us get set up when we arrived. There’s a little road noise (mostly from some chucklehead driving their car up and down the road with it backfiring over and over!). It’s close to all the great stuff that Bentonville has to offer.

Great little spot close to Bentonville and Blowing Springs. I would not recommend riding your bike on McNelly rd to Bentonville or Back 40 trail head. Narrow road with higher speed cars.
