A small farm with Dexter cattle, dairy goats, hair sheep, Muscovy ducks, Toulouse geese, chickens, turkeys, pigeons, rabbits, a donkey and more! We practice sustainable farming methods and animals are rotationally grazed or free ranging when possible. We offer a personalized experience of farm activities to participate in based on your interests, which can include: milking a cow or goat, feeding the animals or just petting and hanging out with them, hoof trimming demonstration, guided nature/wild edible identification walk, or let us know if there is something else you would like to see or learn and we will try to accommodate!The RV site is located at the front of the property adjoining pastures where you may see cattle, goats, sheep, ducks, a horse and donkey grazing. We offer a two-night stay (Friday and Saturday nights only) which includes a Saturday morning personalized farm activities time (approx 2 hours) where you can choose what you want to experience or learn about. Options include: milking a cow or goat(depending on what is being milked that time of year), feeding animals or just hanging out and petting them, a guided nature/wild edible identification walk, hoof trimming demonstration, and many times of year we have baby animals to hold or play with. Also let us know in advance if there is something else you are interested in seeing or learning about farm life and we will try to accommodate! You will also receive a farm goodie basket when you arrive based on seasonal availability. The site has 50 amp electric hookup, water, and septic. It is fairly flat but there are concrete blocks for any necessary leveling. You will have the approx 1/3 acre site to yourself, but there are neighbors visible approx 200 ft down the road. There are no bathroom amenities available.
