Built on the site of an 1873 UFO landing we offer camping for tent car and rvs north of the Petrified Forest National Park on a high desert hill on a hard dirt road. The area is bug free and no train noise and surrounded by an electric fence to keep out unwanted animals. We also offer camping in a UFO themed bus.UFO Hill is a campsite built on an 1873 UFO Landing site, we border the Petrified Forest National Park, Tent RV camping.We have no chiger bugs or train noise, nice cool nights do not GPS directly to the site, but call us once you reach exit 294 off I40, Sun Valley. Cost for a night is $24.

Wonderful stay looking at the stars

This was a gem of a place to stay. Bruce and little doggo Lester Proudfoot were welcoming and gracious hosts. The sky gave me glorious sunsets and sunrises, and dark starry nights to look for the mysteries of the universe. I had a wonderful and restful time. Thank you, Bruce!

Bruce is a lovely soul to join on his property under perhaps the starriest sky one will ever see! Communication was top notch, and his passion for his property and the ufo project he’s hosting here inspires. Truly a quirky, off the beaten path destination for whimsy and adventure… exactly what we were looking for in this enchanting region!

UFO Hill

We had a great time at the UFO Hill campsite and Bruce was a great host! Definitely recommend if you like to have a unique camping experience and hear some cool alien stories. The campsite has small flashing green lights which don't turn off at night, but they shouldn't affect the stargazing experience unless you are a hardcore astronomer.

Cheeky little alien landing. Toilet situation can be better. Bruce is a fun story teller with a kind heart. I suggest 4x4 drive to reach destination.
