This property is approximately a quarter acre in the heart of town. It has a 200 sq ft cargo container living space decked out with a kitchen, bathroom, loft bed, high speed internet, and solar. It also boasts an Alpenglobe for outdoor dining with Sonos sound system, heating and cooling, and beautiful custom wood dining table. This site is within walking distance to the town of Snowflakes main street restaurants, banks, museums, church, and walking tours. Onsite you will have a glamping experience with in-town amenities close at hand. The Cargo Container has water that will need to be turned on and off from the pump at the street. Once inside you'll be surprised with high speed internet, two tv's for accessing your favorite streaming services. A loft bed with memory foam mattress. The kitchen provides all the luxuries of home. A fridge with freezer, a oven and stovetop, a microwave and running water at the kitchen sink. The bathroom has a Seperette toilet that is easy to use and clean. Everyone needs to sit to use this toilet. The shower is VERY tiny but is fully functional. Power in the kitchen is like an RV use only one power source at a time. The other structure you'll see is the Alpenglobe dining area. It is fully enclosed and has heating and cooling sources. The Sonos Stereo system will give you the ambiance you desire. Outdoor lighting will allow you to use this day or night. We have two Ring Security lights to monitor outdoor activities. We love spending the weekends here for a quick getaway and know you'll love it too! The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. No loud parties or activities. You will likely need to figure out frozen water hose in colder months.
