We love this quiet, shaded, clean and safe place!! We always enjoy our time here!! There is a friendly little bar just down the street and a very good pizza place, on the Main Street, Velvet Elvis. We’ll definitely be back!

Oh my goodness! Where to start with this incredible campground? Our favorite Hipcamp stop ever! Nice big sites, free laundry facilities, outdoor shower, free bikes and kayaks, and a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck with nice views! Quiet and so close to town and an outstanding bird sanctuary. Within walking distance! We will FOR SURE be back again! Thank you!

Great, quaint campground near Patagonia Lake State Park. This was our second year staying here. Shaded, quiet and friendly, with a nice outdoor shower and bathroom. Love staying here and will stay again.

Well described property. Easy access for an RV. Well maintained and great space to have as a home base while in Paragonia. It's very close, walking distance to town and most importantly Patton's Audubon birding center.

This was our second time staying in Anna. The facility is very clean and organized. The shower and bathroom has soap and shampoo, a nice touch. We enjoy the very many vultures circling to land and spend the night together in one tree. This location is within walkable distance to everything in town. This year we brought another couple to share this quiet gem.
We hope to visit every spring.

Great communication from the host-she answered my inquiry promptly and was so welcoming. The camp was spotlessly clean with modern hookups. The location was perfect for us bird nerds! Right in town within walking distance of the park, restaurants, shops, and the Paton Hummingbird Center. Great birding all around us! Thank you Melanie! We would definitely stay there again or recommend to others.

The Sanctuary was a perfect place to park for our visit to Patagonia. It is conveniently located for walking to Main Street and hiking paths. The accommodations make your stay easy and comfortable. So happy we found for future visits to Patagonia!

My wife and I camped in March and could not have had a better experience. The camp sites are in a gravel yard and has all the amenities you could want. Joni, the camp host, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The campground itself is located in a little neighborhood in Patagonia and is walking distance to the town. It is also walking distance to the Paton Hummingbird center and biking distance to The Nature Conservancy and several trails. We absolutely recommend this host and we will be back!

Very cute small RV camp site. Host is on site and super helpful. Easy in and out. Sites have full 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hook ups. Lots to do in the area. Down the street at humming bird sanctuary. Well known biking area. Would definitely stay there again.

We like this place. Full hook ups. Lots of space. Level slip. WONDERFUL outdoor shower. Close to shops. Patagonia has a lot to offer. We are coming back next year for two weeks. Stay for music at the Patagonia Lumber Company!

My husband and I have stayed at Melanie’s Hipcamp several times. The friendly and peaceful atmosphere is so welcome when coming in off a long trip.

We have been fortunate enough to get reservations with Melanie several times, three time this season alone. Booking early is a plus if you want to get in. Such a fantastic place. Going there is like putting on a warm coat when it is snowing outside.

Campsites are very clean and the campground too. Instructions and Wi-Fi info were waiting for us in the box with the electric hookups. There are a variety of campsites for tenting or RVing. This was out 3rd time here, so we knew what to do! The only complaint was a neighbors dog( not in the campground) that barked constantly in the morning.

We absolutely hit the jackpot staying at Melanie’s amazing hipcamp. We were greeted upon arrival by Joanie, the kind and welcoming camp host, who greeted us immediately and got us settled into our RV space (full hookups). She showed us the outdoor shower, bathroom and laundry facilities (no quarters required), and even pointed out kayaks that could be checked out if we wanted to go up to the lake! We were in town to gravel ride and were not disappointed with the proximity to the trails. It was quiet, but only a short walk to town. Patagonia is known for their gravel riding, beautiful local art and birding. We came last year, but stayed at the lake. Next year, Melanie’s place will be our destination!

Super cute spot with just the right amount of amenities & quiet and a big one for me- the ability to plug in my van and recharge when my solar system was acting up. Loved being in town for walkability. I didn’t use it but the outside shower is a huge asset to have as a van camper without my own shower on board. The owner Melanie was super kind and communicative in her Hipcamp texts - I’ll definitely be back.
