My girl and I camped at Saguaro Sky Ranch for two nights with our dogs and loved every minute of it. Barb and Brian are top-notch hosts — some of the kindest folks you’ll ever meet. Quiet, peaceful, no city noise, just stars overhead and a fire pit at night. Even had a horse and ponies around, which was a nice touch. They were also accommodating to our two dogs, allowing us to let them loose in a fully caged area.
Two thumbs up. 5 stars, 10/10 — would recommend to anyone.

This beautiful site is one of my two favorite hipcamps. It is very near Saguaro National Park, but also only about 3 miles away from restaurants and stores. Barb's place is lovely - lots of open, Saguaro-filled land, horses, and open sky. Barb was super nice and helpful, right from the get-go when I first contacted her asking for information about her place.

What a cozy sanctuary! So many sweet and intentional touches to this serene and peaceful space! Our host Barbara was very welcoming and kind and showed us all the many unique things she's cultivated here. Two labyrinths, a zen garden, a medicine wheel area for prayer and contemplation, a beautiful little pond with fish, a vertical fire pit to enjoy at night under the stars and adorable ponies and horses to pet and visit with. My son had a truly wonderful experience ! The trailer/camper has all the creature comforts if you need them including a gas stove refrigerator, a full bathroom even! I was very impressed! We saw quail and coyotes each day and even some javalinas! Right out the door is landscape to behold with Saguaro West national Park minutes away and trails on her property to explore too. It was truly a blissful experience. 💗

Barb’s space is lovely, complete with a koi pond and shaded picnic spot. She has created quite the little haven of relaxation. Outdoor bathroom/shower was perfect, exactly what we needed for our one night. I will say, there was quite a bit of road noise, which was unavoidable but not awesome.

My stay here was so lovely! Barb was very communicative and welcoming. The RV “Florence” was spotless clean and super cozy. It was easy to temperature control and the bed was comfortable. The location was super close to Saguaro National Park and also close to downtown Tucson. I would definitely stay again!

Genevieve was a rare find for sure. What an eclectic mix of retro-modern day experiences in the great outdoors above Tucson. Great city views in front of the fire pit to wrap up the day!

Awesome, cozy stay! I really loved the airstream, surrounding grounds, amenities, and Barb the owner. She was incredible at giving directions, activity ideas, and was very hospitable. I felt very safe on the property as a solo lady hiker. Genevive the Airstream was well equipped and I appreciated the privacy. The outdoor toilet and shower worked well and were both well maintained. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Genevieve was an unforgettable experience. The RV site was tucked away in beautiful Saguaro cactus surroundings offering the perfect blend of privacy and access to nature. It was ideal for a weekend getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and recharged. The heated shower and heater were the perfect touch on a winter glamping. Close to shops & restaurants. Our pups had a blast!

Barb’s place was truly magical with exactly everything I needed. I flew in from NC and she was very responsive, adaptable and supportive. The place is a wildlife haven with lots of birds, coyotes, javelinas, and saguaro cacti. Barb has many sweet touches with stained glass, outdoor patio furniture with rugs and comfortable beds with lots of pillows and blankets. It is also equipped with all your essentials for cooking, showers, bathroom, foot storage, cutlery, etc. She has created an ascetically comforting and homey feeling. Her place is also within walking distance to pictures rocks, and to all the amenities that you would need. I will definitely come back to Barb’s place.

I’ll be back!! This camper was so so cute, clean and had a huge private outdoor living space with fire ring, lawn chairs, by the pool. The outdoor shower looked heavenly. Equipped with a heat lamp and lots of privacy. Super sweet property and hosts.

Friendly hosts, clean and super cute property. Barb is super helpful with awesome suggestions for local happenings. It was super special having the hot air balloons flying directly overhead, at sunrise. It felt super safe and secure. Petroglyph’s and trails a half mile from this hip camp. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time! Barb is very accommodating and thoughtful! The location is fantastic! About 30 mins from the Tucson airport and everything you need within a short drive. Barbs property has great views and hiking trails are right there! Highly recommend!

Barb’s land is a picture perfect place and the best location you can have if you want to explore Saguara and Tucson! The RV set up makes life super easy - u can cook/make coffee etc. The interior design is extremely photogenic. You can see clear moon and amazing sunset/sunrise on a land filled with magical cactus giants with balloons flying over as the backdrop. Not to mention Barb is the best host - extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. She offered me 4 hats to take to a horseback riding tour.
All and all 10/10 and highly recommend for anyone to come and stay!

We had an amazing time staying on Barb’s beautiful property just outside of Tucson. It was welcoming, had everything we needed and was a great location to explore the area and the city.
The view from Genevieve the camper is mind-blowing. We sat for hours enjoying the sky changing, the light on the surrounding mountains and the sunsets are fabulous!

We were really looking forward to our visit but unfortunately circumstances didn't cooperate. We had a bad leak in our RV the day before leaving and a snow storm the day of departure. So we had to cancel last minute. Our host was amazing with communication. We hope to try again in the future.

Perfect location 5 minutes from I-10, and the freeway interchange stores and amenities, but just ONE minute from Saquaro Natl Park, on zoned large acreage desert forest property.
A beloved Polished Aluminum 50’s trailer named Genevieve. Sweetly arranged inside with a private walled outdoor hot shower and toilet.
A magical stay that has us already planning a longer week long visit. Glorious Sunrises looking down over Casa Adobes & Mt Lemon and equally glorious sunsets toward the park, silhouetted by Saguaros, Chollas, and Prickly Pear

This is an amazing RV spot close to Tucson and the Saguaro NP. Barb was a superfriendly host and responded really quick on every question we had. The spot has lots of pricacy and is level. Electricity and water are available.
We even saw Javelina's on the property.
You can hear the cars on the nearby road but you cannot see them and this didn't bother us at all.
We would certainly recommend staying here.

Incredible spot in the world!!!! Barb is a lovely host with a gorgeous slice of open land in Tucson. Our 26’ rv had ample space and we enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the abundant saguaros and clean night air. The sunrise was well worth getting up for!
Barb was warm, welcoming and super friendly. Highly recommend and we would love to stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing. The grounds and the trailer itself were wonderful and peaceful. The host was so helpful and even gave me a tour of surrounding trails and landmarks not to miss such as the picture rocks. I would get this my highest recommendation!

If you’re looking for an “out in the middle of nowhere” camp site, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for amazingly friendly hosts, beautiful cactus & well maintained trails, this is ABSOLUTELY IT. Barb met us at the gate & led us to the camp site which had a cleared parking spot, showed us around the trails that lead to the bathrooms & where we could catch the best views of the sunset & also the city lights. We had a pretty view of the city lights from our site. The Catalina’s at sunset were GORGEOUS.
As a first time camper myself, I’m super grateful my bf knew what he was doing & that Barb was so close in case I panicked.
