Ninety-seven acres. Giant junipers, open meadows, and high-desert skies. All of it is yours the moment you book. Rocking R Adventure Ranch sits at 6,200 feet in Arizona Game Unit 10, elk and deer country proven by its neighbor, the legendary Big Boquillas Ranch. This is real Western ground outside Williams, Arizona—a working cow town on Route 66, not a backdrop. It's three and a half hours from Phoenix Sky Harbor and 90 minutes from Prescott. Far enough to feel like you've left it all behind. Close enough to actually get there. When you book, you get the whole property. No other guests. No shared trails. Just you, your group, and 97 private acres to explore. Zero your rifle on the 100-yard range. Work the 3D archery course if you're bowhunter-ready. Bring your own RZR or side-by-side and explore the trails—we'll provide a custom route map and point you toward the best food in Williams when you're done for the day. Pitch horseshoes. Set up cornhole. When the sun goes down, the fire pit takes over. Enjoy string lights, a movie screen beneath some of the darkest skies in Arizona, and no light pollution to compete with. The property is set up to make your basecamp comfortable. Power, water, and an engineered septic system are already on site. A 50-amp RV hookup. A covered patio lounge with a fire pit and a large TV for the nights you want a roof over your head. Starlink internet is available if you need to stay connected—or leave it off and disappear for a few days. A flagstone path winds through the property, connecting it all. Want more? Add skeet shooting. Book a private chef or a fully catered ranch BBQ—reach out through our Instagram or Facebook to arrange it, and ask about Bonafide Beef, our preferred supplier for everything off the grill. Need a rig? Northwoods Powersports offers ATV and RZR rentals. This isn't a rental with a long list of rules. It's 97 acres of Arizona high country, hosted by Hud Reiersgaard and yours to enjoy for as long as you're here.Ninety-seven acres. Ponderosa pine, open meadow, high desert sky.
