We are new owners to this wonder piece of land. We were lured in by the homey and rustic vibe upon arrival. The neighbors are welcoming and everyone keeps to themselves, the wildlife is something else. We feel so lucky to have an abundance of birds and critters all around us.

Close to I-10 peaceful
This is an awesome spot if you appreciate a private spot with full hookups. The hosts were excellent, our site was level and we had an awesome time here.

Our stay at QYB ranch was fantastic. Sabrina was very responsive. The property is beautifully rustic and perfectly blended into the picturesque Sonoran desert. The site is level with all connections in great condition and plenty of room to maneuver and back in our 33 foot travel trailer. One tip: the power pedestal and water spigot are maybe 10 to 15 feet away from the site - we didn’t have a long water hose with us so we pulled out the hose ahead of time to measure the distance before deciding on a final parking spot. Everything worked great once we were hooked up. The area feels isolated but is not too far from services. We would happily stay at the QYB ranch again.

Fantastic location and wonderful hosts! It was our second time staying there and love waking up to the beautiful cactus and this morning we were surrounded by woodpeckers.

Fabulous slice of desert heaven
Quiet, peaceful, and giant Sugauro cactus right by the camp site. Sabrina was great - very prompt in responding to texts. Hook up has 30 and 50 amp and also regular house plug, in addition to water and sewer. What a great introduction to hip camp (this was our first hip camp stay).
