Located 7 miles north of Ash Fork just 1 mile from 1 million acres of the Kaibab National Forest. Camp and hike, backpack on our private 32 acre wooded ranch. Hike the secluded creek, canyon and bluffs, and enjoy the ponds. Hundreds of secluded places to tent camp. Just hike in and find a special spot. Dark skies at night offer many stars to see. Located close to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Williams, Ash Fork and Seligman. Quiet secluded area for you and your family and friends. Boondock camping only. No amenities or services. Property is Not for hunting or ATVs. The National Forests do permit hunting fishing and ATV's. Partridge Creek is a seasonal creek which may be dry or at times a raging river 6 feet deep and 100 feet wide deep during peak summer monsoon season and snow melt. Flash floods leave behind three ponds and a babbling creek on the ranch including the northern portion of Garden Tank. During rain and snow seasons, travel in the area is a challenge due to mud and snow. 4WD encouraged.
