Enjoy direct access to the Little Colorado River, ideal for fishing enthusiasts looking to cast a line in serene surroundings. For our seasonal and monthly tenants, we provide a well-equipped recreation building that includes a TV lounge, a game and activity room, as well as a full kitchen and bath facilities. With 32 RV spaces available, we can accommodate units ranging from 30 to 34 feet. We encourage guests to reserve their spots early to ensure availability. Each space rental includes essential amenities such as electric, water, sewer, garbage pick-up, and WiFi. Please note that bath, shower, and laundry facilities are exclusively for monthly and seasonal tenants. We recommend reviewing our policies before making reservations to ensure a smooth stay.
