We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 4 1/2 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands. In our sustainable community/neighborhood are like minded, peaceful people who are as connected to and respectful of the land as we are. We are looking forward to hosting Hipcampers and sharing our lovely slice of heaven.

Tim is a friendly welcoming host. My camping spot included lots of unexpected pluses. A sink area, a nice table and chairs, a lawn swing👏. The views are great I will return ❣️

Our second time and we absolutely loved it! A pleasure once again. Really the best hipcamp we’ve ever stayed in, truly a genuinely happy and peaceful vibe. Can’t wait to return again !

We totally enjoyed another stay at Kokapeli Gardens. We have been very happy with our stay here. So many amenities. Our campsite was all decked out with table and many chairs and a convenient outdoor sink. Great water and electric hook ups and a hot shower and free laundry. Lots of birds, bunnies and ground squirrels. We have made friends here. Everyone has been so pleasant. Also close to downtown Tucson and Saguaro National Park. We have really enjoyed the big beautiful mountain view and the colorful sunrises and sunsets. As well as both adventurous and peaceful walks with our dog in this desert setting. We highly recommend camping here and we plan to come back next winter.

Great set up. Glamping, with potable water, kitchen sink, cooking equipment, rocking chair and patio dining set. Abundance of birds. Beautiful sun set on the mountains. We are looking forward to come back.

Very thoughtful hosts who provide lots of extras. Shower, laundry, grill, hot plate, outhouse, sink, pots, spices. They have a nice thing going on there.

Sites were well thought out,with many amenities available,like hot showers and laundry facilities.Nice to have table/chairs,running water and power available at each site.Loved the coyote serenades!
