About the Property Welcome to Juniper Hollow — a newly opened, privately owned camping destination offering a peaceful, small-scale nature escape and a tranquil base for exploring Arizona’s beautiful White Mountains. Located on a quiet rural property, Juniper Hollow is thoughtfully being developed over time with the goal of creating a simple, relaxing connection with nature. Future plans include additional walking trails, dedicated tent camping areas, expanded gathering spaces, a rustic outdoor kitchen area, propane fire pit, landscaping, and other enhancements designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the beauty of the land. Juniper Hollow is an off-grid forest retreat designed for guests seeking a quiet, private nature experience. We currently welcome smaller, self-contained camping setups, including camper vans, small RVs, overlanders, truck campers, and compact camping setups. Due to our limited space and driveway layout, the maximum combined length of your vehicle and camping setup is 25 feet. We are beginning with two spacious RV sites on a large gravel pad, thoughtfully arranged with each site having its own designated parking area and room to relax while enjoying the natural surroundings. RV guests are also welcome to enjoy a large circular natural sitting area nestled among the trees in the forested portion of the property. Accessible by a well-lit walking trail, this peaceful space offers a place to relax, unwind, stargaze, and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding forest. Future plans include dedicated tent camping areas within portions of the forested area. Until that development is complete, RV guests have the unique opportunity to enjoy this special forest area as an added feature of their stay. Please note: Juniper Hollow is still in the early stages of development. Some portions of the forested area remain closed while improvements are being made. For your safety, please remain within designated guest areas and do not enter closed sections of the property. The property is fully fenced and located on maintained county roads, offering a balance of privacy and convenience. A nearby grocery store, convenience store, and fuel stop are approximately 6 minutes away, while Show Low’s restaurants, shopping, fuel, and services are about 20 minutes away. The host lives on-site in a tiny home and is available if needed while respecting guest privacy. A friendly corgi also calls Juniper Hollow home and may make an occasional appearance. **Pets:** The host is a dog lover; however, guest pets are not permitted at this time. This policy helps maintain a peaceful environment and ensures a smooth experience for all guests. Thank you for understanding. Guests can expect a quiet, respectful environment centered around relaxation, nature appreciation, stargazing, photography, reading, bird-watching, and enjoying Arizona’s beautiful high country. **Before Booking:** Please take a moment to review the Property Rules listed under “Additional Rules.” This helps ensure Juniper Hollow is a good fit for your camping style and expectations.

Juniper Hollow - East Landing Site

East Landing is a spacious, level gravel RV site (slight 2% grade front to back for drainage) with access to a shared sitting area featuring a shade tree, flowers, a coffee table, and two camp chairs. This sitting area is a shared space, as it is available to both East and West Landing guests. The forested area in the back can allow for more options for sitting, relaxing and stargazing. Please note: The property including the forested area is still being thoughtfully developed. Please be mindful of your surroundings as rocks and tree branches are in neat piles to be removed soon. Also, during times of removal or maintenance of trees, this area may be closed temporarily. There is a small area of large rocks taped off, so please avoid this area. East Landing is closest to the East Fence of the property, and directly straight ahead after entering the 10' gate. Large Rocks mark the boundary where you will park your rig. Also, if parking after dark, the twinkle lights on the fence will help guide and orient you when parking your rig.

Juniper Hollow - West Landing Site

West Landing is a spacious, level gravel RV site (slight 2% grade front to back for drainage). West Landing Site is right in front of the Shipping Container. Large Rocks mark the boundary where you will park your rig. You will easily find in as you enter the gate. You will have access to a shared sitting area featuring a shade tree, flowers, a coffee table, and two camp chairs. This sitting area is a shared space, as it is available to both East and West Landing guests. The forested area in the back can allow for more options for sitting, relaxing and stargazing. Please note: The property including the forested area is still being thoughtfully developed. Please be mindful of your surroundings as rocks and tree branches are in neat piles to be removed soon. Also, during times of removal or maintenance of trees, this area may be closed temporarily. There is a small area of large rocks taped off, so please avoid this area.
