Welcome to Juniper Hollow — a privately owned residential property offering peaceful overnight parking in a quiet rural setting and a convenient base for exploring Arizona’s beautiful White Mountains. Located in a forested neighborhood about 20 minutes from Show Low, Juniper Hollow provides a quiet, off-grid setting for travelers looking to spend the night in a peaceful, natural environment. The property is being thoughtfully improved over time, with plans for additional landscaping, walking trails, and a forest sitting area where guests can relax, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and stargaze. At this time, we welcome smaller self-contained vehicles, including cars, trucks, camper vans, overlanders, truck campers, small RVs, and other compact vehicle-based travel setups. **The maximum combined length of your vehicle and camping setup is 25 feet.** Because of our driveway layout and available space, larger rigs cannot be accommodated. We currently offer two parking spaces on a large gravel pad, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Guests are welcome to use the nearby sitting area or follow the path to the forested area at the back of the property, where you can enjoy the junipers, take in the peaceful surroundings, observe local wildlife, and experience Arizona’s beautiful dark skies. As this is a newly purchased property, landscaping and other improvements may be taking place during your stay. Some areas of the forest remain closed while work is being completed. For everyone’s safety, please remain within designated guest areas and do not enter closed sections of the property. The property is fully fenced and easily accessible via maintained county roads, providing both privacy and convenience. A grocery store, convenience store, and fuel station are approximately 6 minutes away, while restaurants, shopping, and other services in Show Low are about 20 minutes away. The host lives on the property in a tiny home and is available if needed while respecting guests’ privacy. A friendly corgi also calls Juniper Hollow home and may occasionally stop by to say hello. **Pets:** One pet is permitted per booking/parking space. Please review the Pet Rules for the space you are reserving. **Before Booking:** Please take a moment to review the Pet Rules and Property Rules under “Additional Rules.” In particular, please note that the maximum combined vehicle/setup length is **25 feet**, one pet is permitted per booking/parking space, and generators are permitted during daytime hours but must be turned off during quiet hours (8 PM–8 AM).** This helps ensure that Juniper Hollow is a good fit for your travel style and expectations. Juniper Hollow - East Landing Site

East Landing is a spacious, mostly level gravel parking space (slight 2% grade front to back for drainage) East Landing is closest to the East Fence of the property, and directly straight ahead after entering the 10' gate. Large Rocks mark the boundary where you will park your vehicle. Also, if parking after dark, the twinkle lights on the fence will help guide and orient you when parking. You have access to a shared sitting area behind the gravel parking spaces featuring a shade tree, flowers, a coffee table, and two camp chairs. This sitting area is a shared space, as it is available to both East and West Landing guests. The forested area in the back can allow for more options for sitting, relaxing and stargazing. Please note: The property including the forested area is being thoughtfully developed. Please be mindful of your surroundings as rocks and tree branches are in neat piles to be removed soon. Also, during times of removal or maintenance of trees, this area may be closed temporarily. There is a small area of large rocks taped off for removal, so please avoid this area.

Juniper Hollow - West Landing Site

West Landing has a spacious, mostly level gravel parking space (slight 2% grade front to back for drainage). West Landing Site is right in front of the Shipping Container, straight inside the gate then slight right. Large Rocks mark the boundary where you will park your rig. You will have access to a shared sitting area featuring a shade tree, flowers, a coffee table, and two camp chairs. This sitting area is a shared space, as it is available to both East and West Landing guests. The forested area in the back can allow for more options for sitting, relaxing and stargazing. Please note: The property including the forested area is being thoughtfully developed. Please be mindful of your surroundings as rocks and tree branches are in neat piles to be removed soon. Also, during times of removal or maintenance of trees, this area may be closed temporarily. There is a small area of large rocks taped of to be removed, so please avoid this area.
