The place is lush with pine and pinyon as well as six baby spruce trees in the corners and back. Sit and enjoy Bill Williams Mountain views beyond the lush greens while you sip your coffee. Elk have walked right through the front and back yard. The neighborhood has elders (75-95yo) and families. Not a place for parties.
