Spacious sites with hook ups as described. As clearly stated, they do not have showers or restrooms.
They do however have a giant space with games, sofas, some fitness equipment, … which is a really nice plus.
Thanks Shelley and Adam for this nice RV park in this nice location!

Very nice people. Large game/weight room. Good internet. Well maintained. We stopped overnight on on our way to Zion. Wanted to be out of the bustle of flagstaff and it worked great for that. Make sure you have everything you need as it is 20 miles from any services. Good power and water.

Easy to access right off the highway. Feels secluded as there aren’t really any other houses around. Beautiful bright night skies. Hookups and everything was great. We were able to use the grill they have on site which was nice. Would definitely return. It is very flat and windy, so awning was a no-go for the few days we were there.

My wife and I loved this place. The vibe is very chill. Had my best night sleep of the trip so far here. It is quiet and there is very little light pollution so the number of stars visible in the night sky is astounding. Adam was awesome and helped us get parked. We look forward to returning on our way back home.

Boondock # 1
We loved our evening at Shelley & Adam's land. The views are beautiful and the directions were really clear. It was a perfect overnight on our way to the North Rim from Tucson.
They warned us that it does get gusty and indeed it does. And the traffic noise is a bit loud until around 11pm, but after that the sound of the field birds in the morning is a delight. We will stay again:-)

It was perfect. Quiet with all facilities. Host was awesome! When we arrived he came and greeted us. Great walking trail for dogs on National Land right next to the property.
Will stay again and highly recommend!

Be sure to read all that the owners wrote to describe their place. They wrote an accurate description of their place. It was exactly a great place for us to base out of to see the south rim of the Grand Canyon one day and a long but beautiful days trip to the North rim by way of the Vermilion Cliffs. That was a drive to remember.

This was a very nice place to serve as a base camp for the Grand Canyon area. We came with friends so two RVs traveling together. The guys were really happy to see antelope and an elk cow grazing in the fields behind the campground. The stars were amazing but we retreated to the warmth of the RVs after just a bit. If your interest is a resort place with lots of amenities you would probably would not like this one. If your interest is in a rustic country setting this is great place. Just a few campsites. No restrooms or showers. They do have full hookups. We would certainly stay there again.

This tiny house was absolutely perfect!! Traveling with two wild kids isn’t ever an easy task, but the house was so spacious (omg!) and Adam and Shelley had everything we could have possibly needed- from board games to telescopes to chicken coops, this trip was definitely one we’ll never forget!

Great little campsite on the way to (or from) Flagstaff. Hosts were always quick to respond to any questions I had. The amount of stars you can see on a clear night is unreal. Highly recommend!

I understand that you have to truck in you water so we can't complain too much. But the water pressure was very low. Other than that it was a beautiful sight of the high plains.

Our trip was quick here as it was just a sleep spot mid-trip, but the grounds were super clean and cute and the view of the snowcap mountains was beautiful 😍

Easy to find, nice sites, strong internet, friendly host, could take a nice walk right next to the campsite and see some wildlife. My only complaint was the sound from the highway. I would stay here again.

Nice little park close to Wupakti National Monument, Sunset Crater, the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Quiet and clean. Right off the highway but the road noise was a non-issue for us. The dog park was a bit overgrown and the only real issue we had with the place was the stickers that got in our pups feet on a regular basis. Not sure how that can be rectified, certain areas are just prone to goats head weeds and other pokey weeds. There is an amazing walking path just outside the fence which was fabulous and went for miles, our fur babies could have walked for days and days into the National Forest! We would surely stay again and recommend it to friends or anyone passing through the area!
