We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you!

Keep it simple with our safe, no hook up boondock site and take a rest from your road adventure. The boondock site is easy on the budget and can accommodate any size of RV. We have no bathrooms or showers, but you do have access to our other amenities. Easy on/off access to Highway 89 and we are just 45 minutes to the East entrance of Grand Canyon National Park. Look for the amber light on the pole in a swirl. ***No bathroom or showers, No external/out of the RV Generator use, must be internal RV Generator ***

We loved this space. Access to the Coconino forest trails right from here was absolutely fantastic for us and our pup, and we loved the common room! Very cozy and comfortable. The views were lovely and the night sky view was stunning (very low light pollution here!)

Easy access in and out. Surprisingly quiet for proximity to highway. Parking spots are level. More than enough room. Great sunrise and lots of stars. Grand Canyon is an easy 90 minute drive in the morning.

Desert Oasis was a perfect start to our adventure. The grounds were clean, Adam came out to check on us and answer some questions we had. Even though it is right off the freeway, the traffic noise was not overwhelming. They had a great rec area and plenty to do with young children.

There was something special about the GCO. Basics first: Adam was super friendly and a great host; the property is quiet and clean. There is some road noise, but I ran a fan for white noise and used ear plugs and got great sleep. The extras: the lodge is a great, eclectically decorated spot with sofas, a TV, pool table, among other cool items (nice space to have, especially when you're traveling in a van). The views from Desert View are unobstructed and amazing. Don't miss the show when the sun sets! It literally changes minute to minute. The night skies are amazing as well. I can see why this is hollowed ground in the Native American culture. Don't hesitate to stay here; I'll be back for sure when I'm back in that region.

I only stopped briefly for the night along the way to my destination. It was right along the highway so perfect for what I needed. The area looked well maintained and safe.

Quiet, tiny RV park. We wanted a park where we could stay the night, then continue on to our final spot. This park was our half way point. The cost was $40 for an no services boondocking spot. You park on small cinder rocks and unfortunately it was very unlevel and very difficult to use the auto levelers. Make sure you have blocks/risers as you will need them. I would not recommend trying to set up in the dark due to the unlevel ground. I do think $40 for no services and unlevel spot is kind of steep. If it would have been a cement pad, I think the $40 would have been ok.

The perfect location for seeing the two local national monuments nearby. The FHU site had beautiful views of the Painted Desert in the distance. Communication from the owners before and during my stay was very helpful. Dark and quiet at night. Easy access, optional amenities. I'll be back.

We absolutely have enjoyed our stay at Shelley and Adam’s property. Shelley and Adam were warm, welcoming, and communicative leading up to and during our stay. I just wanna put this out there we were running behind in our trip and made a last minute booking at this place. A very small park believe it has about 10 spots one was open thank god. 50/30 amp fhu sites good water pressure so showering in coach was a dream(no bath house which is not a req for us ). Sites had ample room and a small lava rock base level site. WiFi is free and fast streaming was not an issue. They have a garden, fresh eggs (well behaved chickens on site )and various other things you may need. Laundry on site. Various indoor activities in case of rain in their lodge, and exercise equipment lounge area with tv. For a small business this place was great. Owners are on site and available to answer questions etc. Everything here works on an honor system which is amazing and hope it stays that way. Pets welcome. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a big park which was ok with us we like the quite. Owners make a point to talk with everyone and that personal touch to us means everything!!! If you’re in the area and need a place to stay 5 stars all day long from us! Everything I forgot should be in the pics also they rent absolutely gorgeous tiny homes if that’s what you’re looking for. Plenty of things to do close by as well! — feeling relaxed with Lynn Kahn at Grand Canyon Oasis.

Great little area that was level, and very convenient off the highway. Quiet and dark with a few conveniences at the clubhouse that we did not get a chance to enjoy because of lack of time. Would definitely recommend. this stop for a night or even longer!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The campground is small, clean, easy to find and the view was beautiful. An added bonus is that the National Monuments are nearby and easy to get to.

This place is awesome! The sky at night absolutely stunning with no light pollution. Really cute set up. They have telescopes, bikes, games and a little store all on site for easy convenience.

We had a wonderful time at Shelley and Adam's RV Park. The views were beautiful and the hook ups were sweet. The RV hosts were kind and helpful. We particularly liked the lodge, where there were lots of activities. The laundry services were excellent and convenient. They gave us a heads up for yummy eats and pointed the way to the must see Wupatki National Park.
